Yes, you have definitely improved! The faces look much more aesthetically pleasant and while I still notice some problems with the body (particularly legs), the difference is really noticeable. I say practice on drawing canine bodies more. That would help you get even better :)
I'm not sure if you want more in-depth critique, though, so I will leave this post at this point.
