Why ME?


Prologue,

Kodi sighed
“Now YOU did it”! he thought.
“You big idiot!”
Balto was asleep on the boat. His face twisted in pain.
“DAD?” Kodi nudged his father awake.
“Dad what happened?” he asked Balto smiled.
“ Twisted my ankle on the run.”
“You need me to get anything?” Kodi inquired.
“No not at all.” Balto replied then he stared hard at his son
“ You ok?” he asked. Kodi gulped
“Yea I’m fine!” he lied. Balto was about to say something but he was interrupted be the all to uncommon sound of howling. Both father and son stood completely still.
“New dog!” yipped Kodi he looked at Balto and smiled.
“A Female!” he yipped again. Balto nodded.
“Why does he seem so strange today?” Thought Balto but Kodi was always unpredictable that had become obvious when he was a puppy Balto thought of the time he and Dingo were acting all gloomy like. One second Kodi was pouting the next he was wrestling Alue so probably nothing.
“I hope.” Balto pondered.

Chapter 1: Dusty

“Dingo tuned the corner. Panting his heart out.
“Kodi slow down!” he yelped. Kodi looked at Dingo and sped up the pace.
“Stupid Mutt!” Thought Dingo they reached the post office. Kodi stopped. Saba was already waiting.
“Is it just me or is she getting fatter!” Dingo thought. Shadow rounded a corner and sat down next to Saba she turned and whispered into Saba’s ears Saba nodded Shadow turned and smiled at Dingo and Kodi.
“She has to have the most beautiful smile in all of Alaska! Doggone it! She is the most Beautiful Dog……. Oh now you stop it Dingo!” Dingo mentally slapped himself for thinking such a thought about Shadow. Just then a husky stepped out of the post office. She was a grayish purplish husky with a curled bushy tail and sparkling blue eyes she smiled.
“HI!” barked Kodi
“My name is Kodi and this is my brother Dingo and my sister Saba, and oh yea! This is my friend Shadow!” They all bowed as they heard there name being called. The Female smiled again. Dingo could not tell If it was to all at them or just at Kodi.

“Well Hi!” She laughed.
“I’m Dusty!”
Dingo shot a look at Shadow. She was talking with Dusty and acting like a normal Dog would. Dingo caught himself doing it again he shook his head.
“Dusty you a sled dog?” he asked
“Well that I am!” she nodded. Saba shot a look at Kodi. Strangely Kodi looked back.
“Sorry Dusty. me and Saba have to go.” Kodi explained. He nodded at Dusty and turned to leave. He waited for Saba and the two ran.
“Strange?” Dingo thought.

Oh so many secrets! so little time!

Oh dear This title sould be changed to Secrets or somthing along those lines! *sighs* I wish I was a better writer! Oh well I like writing and I will do my best! Hopefully! One secret will be reveled soon! Wahhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Don't mind but I'm the worse writer in this place You won't took my tittle easily! But Yar not so bad writer, just more and more information and details use inpirations from others fanfic and other stuff, reading fanfics gives you ideas with ideas you start to write, but then you have to find the good way to write that you can also check from others.

Chapter 2: Secrets

Shadow sat at the edge of Balto’s boat. Balto, Jenna, and Rosie were playing sled race down below. Rosie jumped up and down on her beautiful wooden sled. Jenna huffed and puffed behind Balto who was loving every second. Shadow sighed. She hated days when nothing was happening.
“Bored?” A masculine male voice behind Shadow made her scream. She jumped around to face Kodi.
“Man Kodi you scared the crap out of me!” Shadow declared hyperventilating. Kodi smiled, and stepped aside to reveal a very small canine. Shadow stared at this peculiar creature. Now Shadow had seen many woodland creatures on her journey to Nome, and she knew she had seen this kind of creature before but what was it? Shadow racked her brain then she laughed at her stupidity.
“Oh you’re a FOX!” she laughed not being able to contain herself. The fox who was brown as so to blend in with the surroundings smiled. Before he could say anything a loud crashing noise like that of lightning caught their attention. In a pile of rubbish sat a very dirty very FAT! Saba. She sat looking confused and dazed. Kodi ran down the boat practically flying off it, and down the hill till he reached Saba. He nuzzled her.
“You ok?” he inquired Saba gave a dazed nod.
“How are the pu….” Kodi stopped in mid-sentence for Balto, Jenna, Shadow, and Juno were heading there way.
“Does he mean pups?” pondered Shadow
“Is she pregnant, Is the Kodi the father?” Shadow shook the thought from her mind.
“Saba are you ok?” asked Jenna. Saba nodded. Jenna nuzzled her.
“Come on Saba let’s get you to the barn.” said Balto. Saba stood and Shadow saw how fat she was. Her tummy was practically dragging to the ground.
“yep she’s pregnant!” “ but who is the proud father?” Shadow pondered. She had a bad feeling she knew who.

Oh boy... don't tell me Kodiak is the father... if not, who is...? Be an intresting twist if Kodi wasn't the father, much to Shadow's surprise...

Can agree on those words and I can say same ones

You guys have to wait to see Kodiack sure acts like he's the father. still some secrets to answer! does Shadow like Dingo the way Dingo likes Shadow? who is the Father and who's the Fox?

Chapter 3: A journey

Dingo fallowed Shadow down the streets when a voice called out to them.
“Where do you think your going?” The two dogs spun around to face the fox that they had meet yesterday.
“To find my brother and sister.” explained Dingo he told the fox the whole story. The fox would nod and smile while Dingo explained everything.
“well Juno is at your service.!” he proclaimed with a bow.
“Well thanks!” Shadow called. Behind the fox who was Juno. Dusty stepped up.
“Well now you got four!” she announced. Dingo and Shadow smiled at each other, then at The gang, but secretly in there hearts they longed to just be alone.


“Kodi it hurts!” Saba screamed and panted furiously then pushed. Kodi paced and whined he did not like to see his sister and mate in so much pain.
“Should I get Juno?” he asked. Saba pushed and nodded.
“First one should be here soon, So hurry!” she yelped. Kodi nodded and tore out the cave opening.

Mate, hmm...? Not a fan of Kodi/Dusty pairing, are ya...?

Chapter 4: Secrets unfolding

Dingo yawned and looked at the moon.
“I’ve been asleep only two hours? But you think I would sleep like a log after traveling so long!” Dingo rested his eyes on everybody. Dusty was sleeping on her back her legs were twitching as though she were running. Juno was all curled up with his bushy tail covering his nose, and Shadow was……… GONE! Dingo darted up.
“Shadow!” he called
“Over here! A soft feminine voice rose over the bushes like a choir of Angles. Shadow was sitting on a rock the moonlight shone down on her so that her fur glistened like black gold. Dingo’s mouth dropped at such a beautiful sight. Shadow turned her head.
“You called?” she whispered.
“Umm yea, I was……….” Dingo trailed off.



Shadow smiled her eyes had never seen such a more handsome sight. She scooted over to make room for Dingo. He padded up and joined her. The two had nothing to say to each other so they just sat and looked at the moon. Shadow kept stealing glances at Dingo. Little did she know that Dingo was doing the same thing. Finally she could stand it no longer she turned to him, but Dingo had done the same thing and they ended up touching noses. Shadow sat still she didn’t know what to do. In the end she did not need to do anything. Juno stepped out of the bushes fallowed by Dusty.
“I hope I wasn’t bothering anyone but a family of bears are not to happy about our arrival.Juno yelled.
“And we can here some howling!” Dusty put in. at that moment Kodi darted into view


Secrets are reveled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a least one is. Now too get some other out of the way! by the way I highly sugest reading

Romantic ahh yes. Strange I am best at writing romantic kind of stuff but I have nothing to do with romantic stuff, I mean don't have a boyfriend never want to get married *shrugs* I guess things like that happen and we can't do anything about. Hukuna Matta.
