If you were assigned to make Balto 4 what would it be about?

Feel free to lock if there is already a thread about this.

I just want to let you know that I highly doubt we'll be getting a Balto 4 anytime soon, but I just wanted to know if you were going to write it, what would it be about?

I don't really care as long as it's at LEAST good as the sequels.. since they were enjoyable to me.

Maybe a movie about Dusty would be interesting.. but I have no good ideas at the moment.

That was about people who thought there would be a Balto 4, if I do remember lots of arguments were held there... but if it has to be locked I don't mind.. ^___^ they both contain Balto 4 so maybe both topics should just be meshed into the first one to discuss both..?

If I were to make it, it would be about one of Balto's other children, just to keep up with the tradition. Which one, would be a tough question, but that's what I would make it about.

Well, i don't have the guts to tell you right now what my story for Balto 4 would be, but i will tell that it must have Aleu and Dingo, Aleu with a more stimulated voice and we can see what happened to her.

I would like a prequel to see Balto's pup-hood. I just want to know how he got seperated from his mother, i'd like to see his father,etc. Basically showing Balto as a puppy and up until he meets Borris and starts living in Nome.

S'alright, Lakota. I actually like this topic. It's not the possibility of a 4th movie, but what you'd make it about. Basically a fan fiction idea. I find no reason to lock it, and it's different enough than the topic Mighty linked.

...and personally a prequel of Balto's youth doesn't sound like such a bad idea.

Me too. Given the chance, that's what I would make it about. Too many unanswered questions about Balto's past (inside the universe of the movies, that is) and no explanation about Boris. Then inside the framework of telling the story of Balto's past, you could decide whether he met Jenna as a pup, or not until he was older. You could also show how he and Boris met the polar bears, how and why his mother is the great wolf spirit, and of course who his father is.

Maybe as part of the plot, find out what Steele's deal is, and why he hates Balto. And how did Balto get to Nome anyway?

Lots of rich storytelling material right there.
