I know this isn't related to TaleSpin, but I found this news and...
http://www.canada.com/technology/Disney ... story.htmlHalf a billion for a company making little flash games? Really???

I know, social gaming is becoming more and more important, progressively replacing traditional games blah blah blah...Well I don't believe this one second, and proof is, it's NOT WORKING.
And see the comments : the only thing they care about is being profitable, get a margin, investment, money and money and money and...Pfff. THIS is what Disney's all about nowadays. They're disgusting me. The irony is that Disney was the most profitable (and creative) when they weren't all centered on that. Don't they realize that?
Take a look at the catalog of the games. They own a game company, they own hundred of great and famous animated properties, and they don't even do ONE single DISNEY game? What's the point of buying them if it's not to make games with DISNEY characters? Talk about nonsense. Worse than that, they aren't even aware this is the reason why it's not working!
To think it wouldn't cost them much to make a little TaleSpin flash game...or at least Ducktales! They would have everything to make this a success. The word-of-mouth would spread incredibly fast on Facebook and such (since the social games are located there) Seriously, these marketing/executives guys just don't know ANYTHING.
