There are other topics like this one, but this is how I render. You don't don't have to do this way. Okay, let's get started, shall we?

STEP 1
You're going to want to go to any AS site that you stay on the most. Go to multimedia, then screenshots. Choose a screenshot that you would like. Then, hold your mouse at the bottom of it, hold down your finger on the mouse, and move it up the screenshot. Then, once it's highlighted, right click and click "save picture as " then save it. IMPORTANT: make sure you save it as PNG

STEP 2
Now, open it in paint. take the "squiggly line" and outline your the character with it. Make sure you get facial marks and everything!

STEP 3
Once you have that, you're going to want to fill in each area with white with the paintbrush. This may take a while. Don't rush.
STEP 4
Now, what you want to do is fill it in with any colors that you'd like with the paint bucket. If any white spots are left, click the thickest squiggly line, with the same color, and stretch around to cover up those white spaces.

And there you have it. Now you know how I render!

When I used Paint to render, I didn't use the squiggly line. I can't name it off the top of my head right now, but there is a different tool that makes rendering on paint way easier. Instead of using the paintbrush to cover it all in with white, that tool will do it for you. I'm sorry I can't name it right now, I'll look for it on my Paint on the computer tomorrow and possibly screenshot it for you.

Example below if you use this one:
