Plot: Four young kids find themselves receiving a mysterious email. Upon opening it, they’re transported to a mysterious island. Once there, they encounter strange creatures called Digimon who become their partners. But how just what are they meant to do and why are they here?

Name: Akari Tenshi
Gender: female
Age: 13
Description: About 5’4, wears blue jeans and glasses. She commonly wears a pink shirt with a red jacket and has blond hair. Her complexion is tanned due to spending most of her time outside, analyzing the world around her. She doesn’t talk much, except to her friends.
Personality: Akari is kindhearted, but shy. She prefers to think things out before rushing into them, making her and Biyomon a perfect match. She can’t avoid helping someone in need, however, and will gladly risk her own safety for others. She’s intelligent, and often one to craft plans, but puts too much faith in data at times.
Partner: Biyomon

Name: Eiji Takeshi
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Description: Tall, well built, muscular. He’s got a fair complexion and wears a blue shirt and short blue jeans normally.
Personality: Eiji is kind and is a “gentle giant” all things considered. However, he has a serious berserk button. Hurting someone whose innocent around him will tick him off severely. He’s the kind who always stood up for those around him back home and would never let someone get hurt if he could help it.
Partner: Betamon

Name: Laika "Lia" Shinijami
Age: Fourteen
Gender: Female
Personality: Lia is the type of person who is typically kind but if someone gets on her bad side, she tends to show her dislike for that person. Her attitude is basically based on the people that she is around at the time - but most of the time she is calm and kind.
Personal Description: Lia is 5'2 - shorter then average. She commonly wears dark jeans with converse sneakers. Fitted t-shirts with a scarf wrapped around her neck and a knit hat on her head. Her body temperature is usually below normal so she has to wear warm clothes most of the time. Her hair is a dark, curly auburn and comes down to her shoulders, framing her face. Her big eyes are hazel and freckles stretch from her bottom eyelids to the bridge of her nose.
Partner: Gatomon

Name: William Takatouwa
Age: Fourteen
Gender: Male
Personality: William is a fairly nice and friendly boy, and a very loyal friend. He keeps secrets he knows that shouldn't be shared but knows when some secrets need to be told. Aside from being a good friend, William is a good fighter and won't allow people to hurt those that he is close to.
Personal Description: William is 5'6 and has a pretty sturdy build. His typical outfit is a pair of dark, baggy levis and white and black converse. He usually wears t-shirts but he will sometimes wear button down shirts. His black hair is thin and usually spiked up and he has dark brown eyes that give him a somewhat mysterious appearance.
Partner: Gabumon

Name: David Tadako
Age: Fourteen
Gender: Male
Personality: David is an Adventurous, Helpful, and Team working kind of guy. Typically, he thinks most about his stomach before anything else. Other than that, he is a really good guy to be on the DigiDestined team.
Personal Description: David is 5’4 and has a typical scrawny appearance due to his fast metabolism. His usual outfit is a tan, cargo vest with a blue shirt with a single white stripe under it. He wears cargo shorts and orange converse. He has brown hair which sticks out everywhere but is held down by a pair of red goggles. He has dark skin and dark blue eyes.
Partner: Terriermon
* David has had Terriermon as a partner since he received his Digi-egg three years ago. Although he has known about the Digiworld for a while, this is his first time being there.

It was a cold, Monday afternoon and Laika Shinijami was outside playing soccer with her younger brother. She passed the ball to him and he trapped it with his foot before kicking it back in Lia's direction. The ball nearly hit her in the stomach but she dodged it just in time. "Meiji! For the thousandth time - don't kick so hard!" She yelled and ran after the ball.


William Takatouwa walking home from school at the moment Lia was playing soccer with her brother, Meiji, and he shivered as the wind blew behind him and chilled his skin. Walking faster, William found himself on the same street that the Shinjami's lived on.

OOC: Good question, what do you think? I'm not sure, them knowing each other at least a little might make things easier.

Ooc:// They could be in a few classes together at school so that they know each other but are not friends quite yet.

OOC: Alright. Eiji is also the one who normally protects everyone from bullies.

Eiji was working out at home, hitting a punching bag. He really enjoyed this, training his body and enjoying himself doing it. He'd narrowly avoided detention after hanging two bullies by their underwear from a flag pole for picking on a girl, something he couldn't stand. He didnt' get how someone got off by picking on other people, it just wasn't right.

Akari was across the street from the Shinijami's, studying various birds flying by. She was a bird lover, in fact a science lover in general. Something her father instilled in her at a young age. She saw her two neighbors playing soccer, not one for sports herself. Still, seeing people happy was always nice. She then returned back to her bird watching.

Lia passed the ball back to Meiji and he trapped it again. Swinging his leg back, he struck the ball with his foot and it hit Lia right in the shoulder. "MEIJI!" She yelled angrily and let the ball roll into the street. Whipping around, Lia walked over to the curb and dashed out into the street, grabbing the ball and turning back. "No more, Meiji." She said, throwing the ball at him.


William walked up the sidewalk on Akari's side of the street. He saw the girl watching the birds as they flew by and he stopped walking to talk to Akari. "Hey, your name is Akari right?" He asked, hoping that he didn't sound stupid.

Lia put her hands on her hips and watched as her eight-year-old brother walked inside with the ball before turning around to gaze at the neighborhood. Their neighborhood was called the "Hidden Homes" because of their huge trees that pretty much hid the houses under their lush branches. Then, Lia spotted two kids in front of her neighbors house. It was the Tenshi house and they had lived across from Lia for a long time, but Lia had never really talked to any of them. Walking across the street, she recognized the two of them as Akari Tenshi and William Takatouwa.



"Oh yeah, Cardinals. I used to have a family of Cardinals that lived in the tree in my backyard." William grinned. Getting a closer look at the shy girl, he noticed something about her. He had never noticed how her blonde hair framed her face and how she had beautiful features. Then he realized he was staring and looked away, noticing the girl that was walking across the street towards them.

Lia paused a moment and turned to look at who was speaking to her. Seeing it was Eiji, she smiled and said, "Hello. You're Eiji, correct?" She asked. She was trying to remember where she had met him before and it finally came to her. Math class. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw William turn around and look at her before turning back to Akari.



William turned back to her and smiled, "Yeah my mom was pretty psyched. They left two years ago during the winter and never came back, though." He gave her a charming grin as she took a picture blue bird that landed next to her. "So I assume you are real interested in birds."

"Yup, how are you?" She nodded and took a step towards him so that they wouldn't be standing awkwardly apart.



"Wow, you've been to Madagascar... That's really cool!" He said excitedly. Then he realized that she had a sad look on her face and, gaining a sympathetic look, he asked; "What's wrong, Akari? Did I say something?" Hoping he didn't upset her for some reason.
