Invincible? How Has Balto Survied All The Struggles?

Okay let's get it right off the bat, first off. We know that this is an animated movie selected for kids so of Course they are not just going to kill off Balto in the Middle of the movie! But let's pretend that there is a reason Balto survives all that he does. Let's NOT just say that "because it's an animated film that he continues to live." No! Let's pretend that animated Balto was real and try to find out what keeps him going. Surviving Rocks to the head, drowning, the loneliness of segregation, a hard bash to the head from a boulder, nearly falling to his death, falling to his death and getting back up, surviving an avalanche, and surviving being nearly impaled by falling icicles! Wow! It seems as if Balto is almost bullet proof! Like if you shot him in the heart he'd be fine and walk away... Now we KNOW that wouldn't happen, in fact the bullet would crush his chest and hit him in the heart and he would bleed out in a matter of minutes, that is if he didn't die from shock or no blood flowing in seconds, but, hey, that's a different topic... Now what do you think keeps Balto alive? Huh? Answer the POLL: above.

if you say so. thank you for the friendly approach, I haven't gotten that in this whole time i've been here. I guess i didn't read no religion was part of the rules... Oh well, wish granted. But if anyone gives me crap about my beliefs I will go A-wall!

To answer your question, I think he is just a very strong and determined character. His wolf heritage probably gives allows him to endure a little more than the average dog. He was also fiercely motivated by a few variables such as: saving Rosie, proving himself to the town, and impressing the girl of his dreams.

I don't think he means it that way, he probably talking about what Balto has gone through that was extremely bad and he acted like nothing happened.
