Am I the only one who thinks having the same avatar on each source is rather boring and mostly doesn´t fit the theme of the source?


Well, I usually was only on BS so my wolf avies where alright but now being also active on RS makes my wolf avvie looks rather unfitting. (A wolf on a birds themed site? That absolutely doesn´t fit)

So I´d like to be able to have a different avatar on each source site. Like, my Rio OC Alana on RS, My fursona on BS and so on. You get the meaning?

I don´t know if it would be a big thing in coding the make this possible, but maybe steet is able to do that.

So, what do you guys think?

No, I don't want a different avatar on every site. I once thought about the same thing, but I would rather just have the same avatar everywhere. I would find if very annoying to have to go through each site to change my avatar to the same thing. Unless Steet made an option in our profiles for us to choose if we wanted the same avatar or not. Something like "keep the same avatar on every site"

Sounds good, people who don´t want different avatars would probably like it

Kinda sounds cool, be a hassle for mods when it comes to the trolls but I say go for it.

Okay, though I was 50/50 on this topic, the idea kept resurfacing to me and I feel it *would* be nice to have a different avatar for each source. I'd like to have a film-related avatar to each site. I'm veering more towards a Yes as well now. Plus, as Mighty suggested, for those who don't want to have a different avatar for each source they can always have an option to keep the same one.

Well, it´s just a different avie on each source, not a different username, so I think it wouldn´t be much of a problem to keep track of trolls.

I'm all for it, though I wouldn't use this feature personally.
