Why is there no topic for this yet? D8 I mean really people?!

The newest PotC has been out since May 20th here in the UK I'm not sure if it came out the same time in the USA, but oh well. Here is my little review on the movie:

FFFFFF... Okay...so let's begin shall we? First things first, to me the one is far better than the second and third and nearly as good as the first. I did miss Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightely, but the general plot and other characters made up for that. There were so many hilarious lines and moments, amazing action scenes and wonderful romance (well sort of) scenes in it. There is something for everyone here o3o

Johnny Depp was once again, incredible < 333 FJIHLFDKSSKD I can't help but love how he portrays Jack's personality and his actions are just fantastic. He never fails to leave me in stitches, more so than usual in the this one 8D

Penelope Cruz...okay so she's not the best actress, but I still love her character and the relation to Jack < 3 She was a great part of the movie. I'm so glad she and Jack didn't end up together though, Jack isn't one for commitment xD

Philip and Syrena < 333 So what if they weren't really needed? I loved them as characters and their little story just helps the film run along smoothly. I think Philip actually helped Blackbeard appear more evil, because he was such an opposite character to Blackbeard and you can't help but contrast the two. And besides, they needed someone who didn't really steal, fight,kill, drink or do anything 'piratey' in the movie somewhere c;

So, what do you all think of it? Good or not? Who was your favourite, who didn't you like so much?

This movie was WIN.

I absolutely loved it <333 The characters, the plot, and pretty much everything was top notch. And I loved how they Incorporated Black Beard into it. Cause he's like a pirate legend in real life and stuff. So yeah I thought that was cool. x3

My absolute favorite character is Jack. I mean how can you not like Jack? xD I didn't like the girl too much. Penelope, I think her name was?
My favorite pairing was Philip & Selena. They were ADORABLE. <333 And throughout the whole thing I admired them. Seriously, they were awesome.

But yeah. I think this movie was probably the best out of the four. ^_^

Her name was Angelica in the movie ;3 Her real name is Penelope.

But seriously, Jack is just automatic WIN < 3333 Without even thinking about it I've started acting like him...it's freaking scary O___o I accidently said 'thump-thump' instead of heart xDDD

I will 100% agree with you two, Captian Jack Sparrow is WIN!! No ifs ands or buts about it. This movie was among the most hilarious I've seen in a long time, and Philip and Selena were soooooooo adorable!! The line, "you're different" sent chills down my spine!

My two favorite parts were the voodoo doll falling off the cliff and Jack sceaming XD And at the very end when he was just about to kiss Angelica, but turned away at the last second. YESS!

I went to see this movie along with my three friends, and sadly, I was the only one who was awake during the whole thing. One of my friends slept from 5 to around 20 minutes into the movie plus somewhere in the middle, and my two other friends just slept on and off. Both of them left for the bathroom twice. Nope, not me! I stayed planted in my seat, staring at the screen the entire time, being totally amazed! I mean seriously, how could a movie like that put you to sleep?!

And thank goodness I could get just about all of it because I haven't seen half the second or the third one, soo....I need to do that someday XD All in all, this movie = epic win!!!

I loved this movie so much. Even though I have failed (sadly) to see some of the other Pirate's movies, this one had me laughing at so many parts. The humor was actually funny, and I loved how they set up the plot.

What I didn't like was thst Orlando and Keira weren't in it. But I did like Angelica. I also liked the mermaids (BEFORE they turned into carnivorous flesh eaters). xDD

All and all, I loved this movie. It's in my top favorites. ^^

I enjoyed the first movie back when it came out. But since then i've had little to no motivation to go see the others. Mainly due to the fact that it was so hard for me to go to the movies i had to really want to see a movie before going. But now that a new movie theatre has been built only minutes from my house and i have my own transportation it's nothing to go see a movie for me anymore. That being said, it's the main reason why i even sat through this movie.
I figured there'd be alot of things in this movie i wouldn't understand since i went from seeing the 1st movie to watching the 4th. But that wasn't the case. I got everything that was going on. The Fountain of Youth was really interesting. Laughed alot too. I'll give the movie that. It had alot of comedy. But what really took from the movie for me was the striking similarity between this one and the 1st one. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a copy of the first one but they came very close to it.

I liked this installment in the series. This was much easier to follow than the last couple of films, though I have to say that I didn't like it as much as POTC3 (yes I liked that movie believe it or not!). It was much easier to follow, the storyline was there, and Johnny Depp played an amazing role as always. The only characters I felt were a drawback for the movie were Phillip and Serena. I just did not like either of them. Phillip was decent, but Serena... just something about her in general just bugged me, as well their relationship for the rest of the movie. Something about these two bugged me and made me feel that their place wasn't really for the POTC environment. But that's just my opinion, and what I think.

Otherwise I really liked this movie. It was definitely a good POTC movie, and is something I would've recommended other POTC fans to go see.

Sequels and I don't get along well. I really don't know why people are excited about it.
Maybe my lack of enthusiasm comes from the lack of love my favorite characters got in the film, Philip and Syrena.
I mean... COME. ON! I HATE romance parts/plots/lines/ whatever in movies! And these two kept my attention for most of it!
And they end the film like THAT?! I'm furious. -_-
I don't want to hope for another sequel, but for their sake, I'M HOPING FOR A FREAKING SEQUEL!!!

Other than that, it was a'right I guess. Jack was just as amusing as always.
I'm just worried they'll overkill on him eventually, and I think they are starting to.

Why didn't critics like it? I loved it! Though there were SOME listless sword fights sometimes
