When man has become corrupt and evil runs wild on Earth, who is there to bring order? Government has become corrupted, the police force and special units have slowly been withering away, and civilians all over the world are dwindling in goodness. When all hope is lost, who will rise up out of the Heavens to save us all?

Or who will descend from the Heavens?

Also, he looks like a vampire with fangs that hang out. He acts almost exactly like one. This is due to his demon side and he is now cursed with a need for blood. When he died, this became one of his many downfalls.

Personality: Due to complications in his life, Ashton began feeling entirely betrayed. He never got over all the harm that had been caused to his own soul and so, eventually, it led to nothing but trouble. He began hurting the ones he trusted, lying to get away with it, and becoming impulsive whenever someone would mention his past or his wrongdoings. He then just became unpredictable perioud. He started becoming a true monster. He almost got to the point where he threatened to kill. This, though hard to believe, was all out of confusion, hurt, and loss. When he died in a car accident, he never paid during his life for those mistakes. And so, he pays for them now, living as a demon. When he became a demon, all his feelings of hurt and betrayal destroyed him even further.

So, when Ashton had convinced her to do a few bad things, she ultimately felt guilty and was sorry for everything and anything she had done, even until the day she died in the same car accident as him. She truly loved her brother, family, and friends, and would have done anything to help them. She is loyal, caring, and loving. This is why she became an angel later on.

Acquaintances: He was the major influence behind Ashton's motive to do bad. Ashton had been feeling betrayed and hurt, and Daniel used those feelings against him to turn him into a monster. They were once friends, but this caused Ashton to realize in the end what Daniel truly had been doing: betraying the betrayed again and again.
Personality: Has no remorse, cares about no one but himself, reckless, dangerous, and doesn't mind using others to do his dirty work.
Other: His wings are different from Ashton's because the elders made Ashton even more demonic than Daniel. Because they knew Daniel was evil on his own. Ashton needed more influence and 'mind control' (the more demonic power they gave him, the more it tended to persuade his own actions and pretty much possess him and his emotions) so that's why he has the looks of a vampire demon. So, in a way, Daniel is stronger than Ashton even though Ashton has more power. Because Daniel knows how to use his own and can control all of his actions, while Ashton is stuck by impulse.

If you want me to create a human character, let me know and I will ^^ And I'd also like to explain their history later on... I'll make sure to do that during the RP (:

I'm not pressuring you to make a human character, so it's fine with me if you do or don't. I mean, you're all creative with the demon character anyways xD So where would you like to start?

Aubrey flew desperately around the heavens. She was trying to see down towards earth and watch the humans, a creature of which, she used to be. Before... the accident. She shuddered, a startling shiver suddenly running down her spin and wracking her system for just a moment. Her form was nearly still in the air if you didn't count the flapping winter wings. They looked, felt, and were the color of pure white snow.

Her shining blue eyes searched down. She was hoping, praying, that the people there were alright. Havoc had been wreaked the past few days, weeks, even. And it had gotten only progressively worse over time. For Aubrey, it tore her heart to see such good, innocent people go to waste. These thoughts all ended up reminding her of her dearly departed brother, though.

Well, if you could call him 'dear', anymore. He had done a lot of things neither Aubrey or she was almost certain he would be proud of. Or, at least she hoped not. He never got the chance to repent. And when she came up here to heaven, she had learned from the angels higher up than her that he hadn't come up with her. Which only laid behind the words that he had become a true and dangerous demon.

How she weeped for her own brother. She wished she could do something to get him 'upstairs' along with her, but alas, she couldn't do a thing. This was one situation she couldn't fix. And this problem would go on for eternity. ...Or would it?

Ashton, though, was quite enjoying himself down there in demon land. Or, so it would seem. He acted as if he loved in, but in all reality, he hated himself. He had chosen his own fate. He had done this. He never said sorry for a single thing he'd done. And now he'd pay the price for it... forever.

He snarled an inhuman snarl at himself, causing his also inhuman fangs to elongate. His need for blood was rising, and his wings began to heighten into the haze and smoke of the deep underground.

Then, when he finally calmed down, he sighed. He took a look up and slitted his crystal blue eyes. His dark hair was falling in pieces over his face, and while he went to wipe it madly away, he saw the faces of torment and anguish above on Earth. He also heard the deafening screams of the eternal torment and anguish all around him. Those who hadn't chosen to embrace their new gained demon side had been condemned to relinquish in pain for the rest of their afterlives... which if it hadn't been made clear a thousand times earlier... was forever.

And Ashton, while somewhat sorry and guilty for what he had done by the time he had died, wouldn't have an eternity of pain just for what he did. After all, it was what? Less than 18 years of doing bad stuff and then all of a sudden he'd choose to be punished for it for more than a million new ones? No. So, he decided to let the elder demons bestow this gift unto him.

All it did, though, besides save him from suffering, was destroy him even further. It started erasing the guilt, the kindness, the once soft heart he had had when he was a young little boy. The heart he could have returned to, had he had more time to think back on it and reflect. But no again. He was doomed. No one could save him now. Or was there truly a way out?

He turned towards a form behind him from whom he had felt a breath from. It was one of the elder demons. One of the ones in charge besides Satin himself. "What do you want?" He nearly scourged.

The elder didn't seem at all phased. In fact, he even seemed to be pleased with Ashton's tone of response. It meant he wasn't happy. And it also meant that he'd be fit for his job... So, he responded, "I need you to do a little task for me." An evil laugh and a sneer followed.

Ashton refused to smile. And he refused to sound interested, either. "What is it?"

The elder laughed again, and came towards him in a truly frightening loss of distance. His burning eyes and devil horns were coming straight out like in a 3D movie. But Ashton didn't seem to care. His overall outlook seemed indifferent. "Hah! I like your style, kid! Come with me!" The demon gestured, and allowed Ashton the space to follow.

Michael's determined stance showed his dominance openly, for he was one of the elite. He was chosen as one of the high-ranking angels; a messenger and warrior of God himself, and he considered himself as such. The big man himself had hand-picked Michael to be a lead warrior, the best of the best, the-

"Mikey!" an ecstatic, shrill voice called from afar. Eryn, Michael's sister, soared towards him at top velocity, the gleaming feathers of her wings reflecting light like jewels. Michael swiveled his head towards her, his white/silver wings slightly opening in surprise. "Eryn?" he said when she hovered before him, then dropped her feet on the ground. She stood a few inches below Michael, so she had to look up to talk eye-to-eye. "I have news." she reported, smoothing her long, blonde hair out of her face.

Michael raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms, putting on a businessman expression. "Dear sister, I am aware of your excitement, but as you can see, I-" "Mike." she interrupted firmly, looking him dead in the eye in all seriousness. Michael stared back. "It's Michael." he said sternly. "Not Mike." Eryn rolled her eyes. "Alright Mike." she continued. "We have direct orders from the big boss." He replied by raising an eyebrow. Eryn continued, "We're going to earth with Aubrey, and our mission is to straighten out some corruption going on down there. Trust me, these are direct orders."

Aubrey flew towards where she heard two voices commenting. One sounded stern and professional. That one was probably Michael, the Arch. The other sounded joking at first and then turned serious as well, but didn't neglect to defend herself against a statement that may have otherwise seemed also a joke. That one was probably Eryn.

As she turned the corner of a cloud to see who it was, she stopped flapping her wings and brought her body down silently. She came towards them after having heard some of the conversation and said, "Direct orders? To go to Earth?" She seemed excited and unnerved at the same time. It wasn't very often angels were sent to earth. This situation must have gotten really bad.

She briefly thought about maybe searching for her brother. Perhaps he survived the attack? No. He couldn't have... She always tried to seem positive he couldn't be a demon. Her brother wasn't that evil, was he? But, she pushed the thoughts away for fear someone may read them. She couldn't let thoughts of her brother conquer her mission.

Once she completed this job, maybe she could ask the Creator if she could go down back to Earth and search for her brother. Or perhaps into the depths of downstairs. All she wanted was to see his face again. Whether it was good, bad, or evil.

Ashton was taken into a room full of more elders. They all grinned mischievously as he entered. His dull expression kept their faces from changing for a little while, but after a few minutes they decided they weren't going to get him to join their own grinning and so, they died their smiles down a bit.

Though some still seemed jittery and having the distinct look of wanting to hurt someone... Ashton noted, even though he precisely didn't care. He stood in the middle of the room and took a look around. As he spoke, his voice poured out with venom and toxic annoyance. "What am I here for?"

The elders, once more, didn't seem at all phased. Apparently this bad attitude was welcomed. That and grinning evilly whilst laughing at other people's pain. The tallest one in the front of the room answered, "We need you to do something for us."

Ashton groaned, getting further and further agitated. "I already heard that much. Can you just skip the drum roll and get on with it?" His eyes held the same poison as his voice. They gripped and held you as if they threatened to take your soul. Which, wasn't too far off from what Ashton really could do. He flexed his shoulders just as the elder answered back, "Hm..." he seemed to be thinking. As if contemplating whether or not to tell him now.

That's when Ashton exploded. Everything having to do with anger and depression and pain was heightened here. Where, on Earth, Ashton would have merely been ticked off and endured it, here, all bets were off. When something was annoying, it really got you angry. When something got you angry, you exploded with rage and nonacceptance. If you were crying, you'd be bawling in tears wishing you'd die even though you were already dead.

"Listen can you please just tell me what to do?! You're trying my patience and that has been wearing thin now. Just say it or I'll leave. Because honestly, I don't have all eternity."

"Well, boy, you know of the havoc being wreaked on Earth, yes?" The elder said, now with a bit of distaste in his voice from the explosion. When Ashton nodded, still seething, he continued, "The... angels..." he said that with disgust, "are being sent down to try and take care of it."

"And how exactly do I fit into this?" Ashton interrupted.

The elder shot him an annoyed glance of his own. Though he brought this 'boy's' mood on himself. "You're going to make sure that it stays how it is. If not, gets worse." He gave a truly sinister smile. Ashton nodded fiercely. "Can I go now?"

"To Earth? Yes." Even though what Ashton had meant was just to get out of the elders' faces and be free of their stupid voices, Earth suited him fine. Though, he'd be revisiting the location of his past home, the place of his accident, the area he died in. He wasn't too joyful to see that. But then... he remembered Aubrey. And his heart felt a pang. She was one of the Angels, right? So maybe she'd be there! He suddenly felt joyful. He wanted so badly just to see his sister. Because he knew he'd have to deal with the rest of eternity without her.

Before Ashton turned to leave, though, the Elder added, "Oh and one more thing." Ashton stopped but didn't turn, signaling the elder to continue before he ripped his throat out with his fangs. "Daniel will be going with you." Daniel? Ashton thought. Who the-

Oh... no... Ashton winced when his old 'pal' came walking through the haze. Him... he was half the reason Ashton had ever gotten in trouble in the first place. He had died only months after Ashton. "You're serious?" He said, finally turning around. The elder looked pleased and entertained. "Yes, very. You two comrades should make a very nice team once more. And with you two on the job I can be sure there won't be any mishaps."

And Ashton knew what he meant by 'mishaps'. Basically, Danny was going with him because he didn't want Ashton to turn against them if he so happened to be convinced by his sister to join them. Or whatever nonsense like that. Ashton sighed. Maybe that was out of the question. Or maybe not... He began to conjure up plans in his head while reluctantly taking off for Earth with Daniel.

Michael was about to answer Eryn's question when another familiar face decided to join in the conversation. "Aubrey," he said, as expressionless and demanding as he always sounded, "I wasn't aware of your eavesdropping." He would have given a small smile to let her know that he was only mocking her, but somehow everyone knew when he was making a joke without having to read his nonexistant expression.

He continued, "To answer your question, we've been given direct orders, yes, direct, but I know little to nothing about the situation. My guess is that we will find out when we arrive." He paused, looking away. He knew that if they were to be sent down, that would mean their adversaries, the demon, would be sent as well, as they always seemed to be looking for a fight.

"And we're supposed to be dispatched right away." Eryn informed, resting her forearms on her staff as her smooth, blonde hair fell around her shoulders. "I was told that there's a big sitch going on, and we're supposed to help fix it. I'm not exactly sure how, but I'm sure we'll figure it out."

Aubrey didn't exactly know what to say at the moment. Though she commented on Michael's mock first. "Aha, sorry about that." Then she said, "So, shall we go now?"

She readied her wings in preparation to fly. Her eyes suddenly caught the fiery haze of red somewhere down on Earth, though, as her vision wandered towards the ground level. That must be the demons... she thought faintly. Then she saw their faces. Her shocked expression was inevitable.

There was Ashton. Yes! She sincerely hoped neither Michael nor Eryn saw them. Because then they'd know who had been sent to combat them... And knowing Michael, he'd probably want to take care of their enemies as soon as possible... which for Aubrey wouldn't be good. But then... there was another demon with Ashton. His features stood out in striking comparison. He was a lot more muscular and his face was set with one of evil and mocking.

It was Daniel.

"Aubrey what'cha looking at?" asked Eryn rather bluntly, clasping her hands behind her back and leaning down to get a better look.

"Does it matter?" Michael answered stiffly. "We are to leave right away and find out what this... "sitch"... is, whatever it may be." He unfurled his mighty wings and shook them out, preparing for a swift descent into a secluded area down below.

The milk weighed down on his arm so much he had to put it down for a second. Sam lowered his arm and let the milk bag slide down his arm and onto the ground to allow himself some rest. Also hanging from his arms were bags filled with cans, cereal boxes and microwave waffles; basically what his family lived off of. His mother wasn't doing well healthwise, and his baby sister needed to eat; and so explains the grocery bags. While he stopped, he figured might as well lighten his load completely for a few moments, and the bags slid down his arms and onto the ground before him. He took a deep breath and brushed imaginary dust off the sleeves of his lightweight, jet black leather jacket before stretching them out and picking the bags up again, once again loading them onto his arms. "I'm coming, Lilly." he whispered to himself, thinking of his sister.

Suddenly, his blue eyes detected a bloody haze in the distance; it looked as though someone spilt maroon ink on the sky. He dropped the bags again, keeping the sun out his his eyes as well as stray locks of brown hair as he inspected the strange phenomenon.

Michael angled his wings and jumped through the break in the clouds first, knowing their Creator would be sure to help them land in a secluded place. He rocketed towards Earth, the details becoming clearer and sharper with each second as he casually glanced back, looking to see that Eryn and Aubrey followed. Whatever was happening down on Earth, they were a team and would face it together, but even still, Michael felt responsible for them. He was a hand-picked Archangel and therefore was above them in authority, not to mention that Eryn could get rather carried away sometimes. She had never been on as serious a mission as this, but in all of her others, like when she was sent down to rescue a child lost in a bad neighborhood at night or heal a sick elderly woman with seven kids and ten grandchildren, her compassion and intelligence always seemed to pull her through.

Eryn jumped after Michael feet-first like a pencil dive, grinning widely out of sheer excitement for her most complicated mission yet. Michael was always given the high-ranking jobs like this one, while Eryn was appointed the simple jobs that needed a caring angel to complete them.

Sam left the bags there and booked to the area where the haze had appeared. Someone could be hurt from... whatever that just was. He ran towards it, prepared to do his best to help whoever had been caught in it, since he thought it was an accident.

Michael's dark eyes flashed to the area where Aubrey pointed, and he instantly spotted the human boy running towards where Aubrey had claimed to be inhabited by demons. Human? he thought, realizing what was at stake. Even though his mission was not to help a single boy from trouble, they were being sent to do good and might as well start somewhere. "How many demons?" he asked, still speeding towards Earth like a bright, feathery bullet.

Eryn squinted and shielded her eyes from the sun. "Looks like just two." she yelled over the roaring of the wind in their ears. "Can't tell their rank from here." What she meant was that they could just be lower-class, dinky demons that could both be taken out with one clean sweep, or they could be of a higher rank and more of a challenge.

Michael stiffened his gaze and stared straight ahead. He knew it was his call, being the eldest and highest rank. "Eryn, you and Aubrey hold back while I go in first. I'll take the first few hits, and Aubrey, you bring the human to safety. Eryn, you'll be my backup. Don't let the human see us fight, or we'll blow our cover. Clear?"

Sam dashed towards the area, breathing heavily from the exercise. He slowed down when he grew closer to where the haze had dissapated, and two shadowy figures stood right smack in the center of it. Nobody else was around, and the setting struck Sam as rather ominous. He stopped running, reverting to a walk, then complete stop, simply staring at the figures, squinting to try and see who they were, or even what they were. "Hello?" he called, feeling confused and curious. He cocked his head slightly to the side and leaned forward. "H-Hello?" he called again. "Is anyone there?"

As the trio landed gently on the hard, solid Earth they all remembered, Eryn felt the strongest urge to snapp out her wings and fly to help the human boy. The position Michael assigned her didn't fit right; she was a lover, not a fighter. Her compassion always overcame her anytime there was a creature in need, and her fighting skills weren't exactly her strongest point. She couldn't question Michael, as it was not her place, but she felt... gypped.

Michael scanned the situation from a little ways away, and when the demon leapt at the human he knew there was no negotiating. There was nobody around and the boy's back was turned, so he whipped out his wings and soared to the clearing, bringing them back in at the last second before drawing a long, silver sword crafted by the hands of the Almighty himself from its side-sheath and lunged in between the demon and the human, eyes blazing and ready for a battle.

Then he recognized the demon's face. Well, barely. It had become so distorted since Michael had last seen him that it was now twisted and sharp, the eyes looked as though they had been painted with innocent blood. "Ashton...?" he breathed in disbelief, still keeping his sword drawn however. Aubrey's brother... he thought, his gaze somewhat softening in the midst of the confusion.

Sam stood dumbfounded, plastered in his spot. The figures were two boys, looking no older than himself, but looked sinister and Sam wanted to leave immediately. Then, one lunged at him, hate and fury in his eyes. Sam tried to run out of the way, but his feet were glued there and could only cover his head with his arms until another boy, looking a few years older, jumped in between them while wielding a shining sword. What the heck is going on here?! he thought.
