Plot

This focuses on Andean Moutain cats living in the wild. They are found by humans, and are soon taken to a remote area to be studied. The RP mainly focuses on them struggling to escape and make it back to their home. Of course, the humans dont' want them to escape, so end up hunting them, trying to take them back. Will they ever make it back home?

Nickname: Ali
Gender: Female
Personality: She can be a bit wary of strangers, but her trust is earned quickly. She can be friendly and social, but when provoked quickly grows fierce and harsh. Aliya is curious and creative, though she can be a bit quiet at times.

Gender: Male
Personality: Adventurous and brave, always up for action, confident in himself and others, sometimes gets a bit too risky.

Aliya's soft steps barely made any sound. The hare in front of her certainly didn't hear anything. She stalked forward, careful to keep her tail down and remain inconspicious. Her mouth watered as the scent filtered through the fresh mountain air, and she finally pounced, her sturdy muscles propelling her forward.

Her extended claws sunk into the flesh, and the hare's cry of surprise and sudden terror was abruptly halted. Taking a bite, the warm flavors of the prey made her growling belly finally stop complaining. She pricked her ears and watched carefully as she ate; bigger predators did prowl the area, after all, and the could mean the death of her.

Ooc:// Wait, one question! Do they know each other?

Gyro's sound-sensitive hearing just so happened to pick up a small screech that sounded quite a distance away. He grinned, revealing sharp feline fangs, for he knew that Aliya must have caught some unsuspected animal. He stalked toward the noise, smirking to himself and momentarily flicking his tail, he finally spotted her feeding on the soft flesh of a rabbit.

He smiled deviously, crouching a bit to gain some spring, then lunging forward in an attempt to pounce on her in a surprise attack. He extended his paws forward, keeping his claws retracted as he didn't genuinely want to hurt her.

Aliya rolled away, his paws skimming her fur as he just barely missed her. "Missed me again!" she said, tail flicking back and forth in amusement. She licked her muzzle, removing the lingering traces of rabbit. The wind had shifted right before Gyro had sprung, revealing him just a moment too soon.

"No wonder you have to keep stealing my food," the feline teased. "You probably can't catch any of your own!" A friendly glint appeared in her eyes, a laugh edging her words.

Gyro ended up plunging straight into the dirt, tumbling head over heels until his momentum wore out. He lifted his head up and shook the loose dirts off. "Dangit, Ali." he teased, "You know I would have had you that time, if I had kept my form straight."

He lifted himself off the ground, then scratched at his ear with his back foot lazily, "C'mon Ali," said Gyro casually, "You can't lend a piece of cheap, stringy rabbit to your best friend in the whole wide world?"

"It's not stringy; it's tender and perfect." Aliya ran a tongue over her muzzle to emphasize. "And no. I can't." She grinned teasingly, taking another bite.

Gyro rolled his eyes, expecting her answer. "Women." he said under his breath. "Such wonderful things they are." he added sarcastically. "C'mon, you know how bad of a hunter I am. Pleeeease?" he pleaded.

"Fine," Aliya sighed. A mischevious glint formed in her eyes. "But on one condition." Her tail twitched in amusement as she pictured the outcome of it.

Gyro gave a puzzled look. "Oh no..." he mumbled. "What is it?"

"You have to take a swim," Aliya grinned, a smirk of triumph forming along with amusement. "You know, where the water is melted snow from the mountains." She let out a small purr of laughter. It was fairly cold there, but in the summer heat, he wouldn't freeze. Gyro would only be very, very uncomfortable. And entertaining.
