PLOT:
If you could do anything in the world, what would you want to be able to do? A group of kids who call themselves the Arcs seem to be ordinary, run-of-the-mill human children. But that assumption is completely, utterly, entirely wrong. The Arcs were exiled from their planet, Arcania, when they were young because their parents had attempted to overthrow the raqu (ruler) of Arcania. As a punishment to all their parents, their children (the Arcs) were sent to Earth, never to return. But there's only one little problem...

Because the Arcs have inhuman abilities, this arouses the curiousity of humans. And you and I both know that humans' curiousity will drive them to the point of insanity, just like the members of SAAND, an undercover task force that retrieves people of interest for scientists to study. SAAND believes that these kids are the future of Earth; like mutated humaniods that need to be studied and spliced to be understood. To escape them, the Arcs will have to run. Run, hide, fly, disappear into thin air; whatever their power allows them to do.

CHARACTER NOTES:
~Your character can be any age ranging from 7-18 years old
~Not all the Arcs are siblings, so feel free to have them unrelated
~Try to vary the ages! We can't have all 15-16 year olds X3
~We'll need both Arcs and SAAND members
~Each Arc can have up to three special abilities (but try to make them sort-of related to each other, instead of something like "they have cupcake-vision and can talk to prairie dogs" randomness XDD
~An Arc can be immortal, but only one immortal will be allowed
~Their Arc names have to be at least two words, but can have nicknames (ex. Vampiric Raven a.k.a. Vamp, Rave, Raven)
~Not all SAAND's have to be bad! Some of them may even want to help the Arcs stay hidden!

Special Abilities: She can control the weather and temperature to some extent, making small blizzards. These don't last very long, but they are fairly violent. She can also produce electricity.
Description/Picture: Winter has fairly pale skin, and clear blue eyes. Her hair is a pale blond, and she has the barest sprinkling of freckles across the bridge of her nose.

She is a big anime dork her favorite line to say when she sends someone to hell is "ippen shinde miru" which translated is Care to give death a try.
