Animation Source Forums

Hello. My name is Dray. But you probably already knew that already because it's written all over my posts. I've also wandered a little into the shout boxes a little and have gotten to know some of you through there as well. It's nice to meet you. My name is Dray.

I'm a student at Arizona State, currently majoring in Design Studies with a focus in Digital Culture. Although it's a multi-disciplinary major, I'm going for an emphasis in 3D design and animation. My favorite thing about this is character modeling and animation. I believe a large part of the magic of animation comes from the actual process of animating -- that is, the act of giving life to ideas, places, characters, and stories that come from someone's mind. From a mere thought to existence. It's pretty awesome. My name is Dray.

Aside from that, my personal interests and hobbies are sewing and painting. I can't say I'm good at either, but I prefer not to compare. I like to make plushes, and when it comes to painting, I prefer watercolors. I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and I liked it a lot. I also do traditional art and digital art, but really only when it suits me I don't have a very long attention span to do full works, I'm afraid. But my classes and major require me to do a lot of concept sketches, so a lot of my work is done in that sketchy sort of style. If you ask me nicely, I may draw you something. Haha! I used to write as well, but no so much anymore. I wish to start it back up again soon, though. My name is Dray.

I'm glad to be here and hope to know you all better as well.

My name is Dray.

Hello balto-kodiac and Question. I've met you both on the shout box as well. Nice to met you both!!

hello and welcome to animated sources!

Welcome to the site Dray!
You sure seem pretty interesting!

By the way, you make plushies? :3

Can I see an example of one? I am looking for someone to make me a plush of my fursona, but first I would like to see your work. c:

Hello, Atemu and Wolf Bassist!! Thanks for the welcome. It's cool to meet you both!

Hey, RioLil!! Awesome meeting you too. Yeah, I make plushes, but I'm afraid the last time I made one was at the beginning of the [school] year. It was a while ago, and on top of that, I leave them at home, so until I go back again, I probably won't be able to get any pictures of what I can do up. Well, that, and I just don't take requests or commissions for plushes as of yet. I just work on what I like for now. Haha! Sorry!! But I'll likely have the option open in the future.

Where ya been lately Drey? Havn't seen ya in forever.
