For starters, you have to have a plotline, something telling others what the roleplay will be about, and how it will flow. And while it is techinacally accepted (I think), it's best to post in thrid-person, not first. You should post;

Make sure to read the rules, and edit the topic accordingly. I may be interested in joining once you fix a few things.

Also, you need to post a few rules and a basic bio for people to fill out. The rules can be as simple as just stating 'Please follow AS rules' and the biography can be whichever points you decide to include.

Personality:
History:
Crush:
Other:
And others are as simple as this ~
Name:
Gender:
Age:
Personality:
So it really just depends how you, the starter of the RP, would want it. You don't even always have to fill out some things of the bio. Like for personality, if you're the type of person who can never stick to a set personality, you can just put for that 'will reveal in rp'.
Though, keep in mind that you will have to accept people's bios. Someone will want to join, and then by reading their filled out bio, you can decide whether or not they can join into the RP. This will happen to you if you join someone else's RP (they will decide whether or not you join).
