Plot:
In the Skylands, winged beasts ruled. For years and years, dragons,
griffins, pegacorns, pegasus, and other winged beasts lived in harmony. One
day, a group of all sorts of the winged decided that they were far superior to
the rest of the sky dwellers, and try to take charge. The leader of the rebelling
party was a peryton(winged mythical deer), who was outcast for killing his brother,
even though he didnt. The Skylands' Lighted Warriors were called upon to
try and stop the rebelling group, not knowing that they had a few ticks up their sleeves.

Personality: Leaderly, strategic, modest about his position, very serious when it comes to war but has a soft spot for children, failure-is-not-an-option kind of guy.

Pelt Color: Golden, with dark, almost black, spots, that fade somewhat as the reach her feathers and wings, though they are still somewhat visible, blending in nicely with her brown, almost caramel, wings.
Eye Color: Amber
Wing Size: Each wing is close to 9 feet.
History: Her father was a warrior, her mother having died shortly after Mara was born. Mara was raised always believing she woudl become a Lighted Warrior. Now what she aspired to be, she is still quite new to the ranks, under Sentrus' command.
Personality: Eager to prove herself, she will take up the hard jobs willingly. She won't easily back down, and hates having to ask for help. She will use her own judgement when things are going wrong, and will give input, but will listen to a leader without complaint...usually.
Extras/Pic: No picture, but the description is basically above. The only thing not mentioned is her slim, cheetah-like build. Her tail is tipped with feathers, though it is the length of a cheetah's.

Wing Size: Relatively large, though not the largest.
History: Jace used to be a relatively nice creature, but all he was getting was bullied and beat when he became older simply for being a mixed race. He eventually grew such feelings of hate, that he felt the only way to correct his past was to rise above all of them and prove that a hybrid could truly be better. He eventually came to join the rebellion, and he experiences such hate towards the figure of his past, it clouds his judgement of the present. He can be unstable if you mention anything having to do with his past, or of his being a mix or hybrid. There's very little chance of return at this point, but it could be possible. Just maybe...
Personality: Jace is angry and unstable when it comes to his past. He always seems to be a shadowed creature who is depressed and hurt inside. Though no one usually is able to get deep enough to figure out the reason he is the way he is. He wants to show those who hurt him so long ago with words and pain that he can rise above them and defeat them all. That he's better than they'll ever be by just existing. He isn't conceited, but rather very hurt and takes it out by helping to start a war.

History: She used to be in Sentrus' class as a griffling, and she kind-of had a crush on him for a while. They were even friends. But when she joined the rebellion, they realized that their individual beliefs would eventually tear them apart. Mirva still waits for Sentrus, and though she may look tough on the outside, she's nearly falling apart.
Personality: Sly but holding together by a string, and is quite depressed most of the time. She never was as confident as Sentrus.
