Status of the Virtual Season?

I was curious about the current status of the Talespin VS again...seems as though that nothing has been going around for the project.

Also, since the episodes are gonna be in the format of comics, I figured that we could have cover designers to design the covers; i think i have one idea for a cover for '2nd pilot.'

Any thoughts like mine, on the project?

As I said previously, I think that until someone decides to actually start drawing the comics, people won't get too much interested into it. It's a vicious circle.
I have thought about it again and again, and I'm starting to consider to do it myself. I mean, I'm certainly not an artist, I don't have any talent and it will probably not look too good, but I definitely WANT to do it. And I'm becoming more and more angry at the fact TS will probably never get a new official comic from Boom.

If they don't want to do it, I WILL!

I'm currently trying to complete the projects I started a while ago, but as soon as it's over, I'll start doing it.
I actually didn't want to announce that until I started doing something, because I don't know there I'll be able to start exactly.

You know, perhaps we should make a special DA account and post what we've got so far to attract attention.

I'd like to help, I really would, but the thing is, I'm kind of busy with college at the moment. However, I could try when I get the time. If I do make it, would you like the information to access it and such?

Yes, it would be better if several of us could access it.

Hello ^^ I didn't actually wanted to say it before I posted some pics, but I discovered The virtual project now some months ago, and I'd really like to be part of it! I'm a huge Talespin fan, a writer, and a artist, including comics!

I may be busy with college, but I can do much work at the week end. I already started some practice on Talespin chars, and I shall be able to post my pics in not so much time

ps: Sorry for posting on this topic, but I truly had no idea where to show myself :lol:

Welcome here, it's always a pleasure to see new faces - especially fans who are willing to dedicate some of their time!
I can't wait to see what you can come up with!

I'm also currently practicing on the characters, and will post a picture ASAP.

"TaleSpin Virtual Season group"? Or maybe "TaleSpin Fan Comics" group would be clearer?

I did start a group about a year ago (sometime last June). The problem is that it wouldn't expect artwork from other people at the time.

Look, I don't want to be rude but if you don't intend to keep track of the Virtual Season progress, then you shouldn't create a group. Managing a group requires AT LEAST to be able to upload the pictures regularly. If we have to give you the pictures, it would be easier for us to post them ourselves!

I meant that going through and copying all the pics to my computer first would take time I honestly don't have right now, like I said, I'm a college student and quite busy. I was under the assumption I was just setting it up and multiple people would be working on it. Once it was brought up to date, I could keep up then but at the moment I didn't have the time to go through and save all the pics already posted to my computer then upload them to Deviantart. I am keeping up, I just haven't been saving everything to my computer.

Plus, since he already tried, guess that's that.
