Animation Source Forums

I rescently was browsing the characters section and noticed that there are many useless characters. Characters which where created but the owner left the site and this character never got featured to any fan work.
That´s a waste of space. So I think these ownerless, unused characters should be deleted to keep the section at least a bit more "clean".
But how? Reporting them? There´s no reason to report the characters. They where made and activated so they are respecting the rules. (Okay, there was (or still is) a rule that says that the character needs to be used.
But without an owner who can make a fanwork featuring them (or giving someone permission to use them) there will never be any fanwork connected to the character.
Like I said before, it is a waste of space.
So, what can we do?

Well, you CAN report them, and write in the description something like "the character's owner has left the site, and the char has no fan creations attached..." etc etc. Then mods will come over it and..deactivate it, I guess.
Well, that's at least how I think xD
