The shepherd wandered down the road, snarling at anyone who glanced in his direction. From fear of Ivan finding out what he was oing, he had to keep his image up and seem like a bad arse. He sighed and headed into the boiler room, for some shut eye, then running into a smaller female. He backed up, and blushed.

"Oh, please, excuse me ma'am! Im so sorry..." He said, lowering his head.

"Oh!" the female jumped back in surprise, pulling her ears back. "oh, no i'm sorry. I wasn't watching where i was going," she said shyly.

Rango smiled, raising his head cautiously, and he proceeded.
"Im...Rango, and who might you be?" he said politley.

"Uhm...I'm Sorren," the shy brown female swished her tail to the side as she side-stepped out of the shepherd's way.

Rango blushed. He chuckled shyly, and smiled. He thumped his tail, and walked closer to the boiler, to keep warm.

Sorren stood quietly, watching Rango. "I better...get going." she said, moving toward the door. "It was nice meeting you..uhm..Rango.."

Rango picked up his head, and smiled at her, thumping his tail.
"Yeah, you too, Sorren." he said confidently, laying himself to sleep.

The next day....

Sorren padded quietly through town, ignoring a dog that snickered as she walked by. "Keep walking wolf," the dog spat. So Sorren ignored him and continued down the street.

Rango snarled and jumped on the wolf angrily, with Ivan close at his side, they both snapped at the running off wolfdog, laughing. Poor guy... Rango thought, as Ivan walked away. He ran up behind the wolfdog, and smiled.
"Thanks again man, i owe you..." Rango said.
"Yeah, you OWE ME big time.." The wolfdog snarled, and left Rango in the dust. He sighed, and turned, bumping nose to nose into Sorren.

Sorren jumped back in surprise. "Oh sorry! I-.." she paused, recognizing him. "Oh, it's you."

Rango laughed, backing up.
"Oh, so because it's me, i don't get a 'sorry'?" he teased, walking beside Sorren now.

"Well no..i'm still sorry i just..thought it was someone else," Sorren stumbled over her own words. "I just..well....Sorry."

Rango blushed, and bumped up against Sorren's side teasingly.
"hah, what?" He asked, turning infront of her, blocking her ecscape.

"Oh," Sorren pulled back her ears shyly. "I just....i mean...sorry for running into you.." She shuffled her paws nervously.
