Very playful and adventurous. He loves his family and friends and always wants to have some fun. As he grows he gets more aggressive. He wont usually start a real fight but will play around and taunt. He tries to be funny with it too and loves to get attentions.
The fact of becoming aggressive makes him seen as a troublemaker and all the attentions that he wanted to get disappears, leaving him pretty much confused, as he doesn't realize to be himself the reason of that; as an attention lover, he gets easilly jelous.

Adopted by a man who needed him for a racing team later on. He still visits his parents quite often to see them and impress them. He wants to be the favorite and the best out of the litter.
He grew up with a good training and tried to be always the best one, to get honor and, well, to be popular. The fact of being the favourite one in the team made his team mates envy of him but he didn't noticed that. When the position of lead dog was given to him, it was the limit that the other sled dogs could stand. During a month long race, the team stopped to rest near a little wood, they brought Mexico inside, with the excuse of a game and they hit him many times, leaving him behind when the sled had to start travelling again, of course, the other sled dogs made sure that their musher wouldn't find the wounded dog. Mexico thought that he would die there, alone, when a group of dogs surrounded him. He thought they were his team mates, back to finish him off and for the cold and the wounds, he fainted. When he woke up, he was inside a tent in the middle of a wood, his wounds were healed and the dogs that found him were bear hounds. When they asked him something about his life, Mexico didn't wanted to answer, he understood that it was because of him that he was brutally kicked out and, before of that, ignored, he was ashamed of that and said that his old life didn't counted and that he wanted to leave and start a new one. After hearing those words, the dog that seemed the leader of the hounds, Leonida, asked him if he wanted to join them, since one of the member, a wolf named Marley, left them and so, they needed a new dog in the team. Mexico thought that it was a nice idea, nobody seemed interested on judging him or hurting him. When they finally asked his name he told them to be called Mexico but since that name remembered him his old life, he said that he wanted a new name, a better one. Rachel, suggested him the name Darcy, when she went to meet her father, her father's owner's daughter, was reading a book here one of the main chars was named that was and Mexico, now Darcy liked it and approved. He was now a bear hound, the sled dog training that he had, helped him on his new job.
