Sasha definitely. Dusty would have been a good fit but since she's around Kodi's age and is Kodi's friend, Balto just seems too old for her. Jenna was a good fit too but Perdita just seems better. Peg is too old for Balto (in my opinion). I think Balto would get along with Angel but Angel would get annoyed with Balto pretty quickly. Sasha would be perfect for Balto: they both like to help kids, they don't have real homes and they seem to have more in common. I think Dixie would be too stubborn and obnoxious for Balto to like her and Perdita goes along so well with Pongo, I couldn't imagine her with anyone else.

I would have to say Jenna just because I love Balto & Jenna together so much. However, if I had to choose besides Jenna, I would have to most definetley say Angel. Though she's a bit younger, if she were slightly older than she was in Lady & the Tramp I'm sure they'd make a perfect pair :3 They both live on the streets, they both know what it's like to feel rejected, and both just want a place to fit in. (:

I think Jenna because they specifically made her for Balto. So I think they're a perfect match.
