Hey guys
I was just wondering if some of you could take the time to check out either my Balto Source ordeviantART galleries and tell me what you think of my art and what you think I could improve on.
Thanks (:

Hai there Sardi! ^-^
I've always liked your style, it's very nice and cute, a lot "chibi-like" to be honest, I've always seen it as a very chibi cartoonish style but there's nothing wrong on this, everyone has their own style and this is yours.
I've noticed that sometimes some of your drawings are good, the poses, the anatomy and such, looks like you've worked on them, you've spent time there but in others, maybe because you needed to get them done quick, something is not fine, one is missing a paw, the pose is a bit weird and the anatomy is not really good.
I've taken your most recent drawing from the BS gallery (a reference sheet) and I've used the red lines to correct it, one thing very noticable is that the head is a bit smaller than the body ^^' and that the pose you've given for the back is...strange, looks like the back legs are on a lower level than the rest of the body and the neck is a bit thin, you should make it a bit bigger.

And also one of the back legs (the left one) was a bit weird, rotated too much maybe?
Well, hope this helps :]

Hi Saske ^^
Thank you :D
I'm really glad you took the time to red-line it and leave such a detailed comment for me. I'll be sure to work on these things, thanks!

I just have to ask how long you spend on average on a picture? Cause just spending alittle more time could help inmove alot.

Y'know fixing up maybe that leg, or that line. But I do suggest takes a few references when drawing. So you aren't 'tracing' one picture and can see your subject a few different ways. Also, I thiiiiink... you are using photoshop? But I could give you a few pointers that I know to make drawing a little simplier :)

Usually for my normal pictures it takes about 30 minutes to an hour, with the ones with backgrounds it normally takes two hours.
Yeah, I've been told that and I'll try! ^^ I'm using GIMP but it's really a free watered down Photoshop so I'mm sure your tips would work. I'd love to hear them!

Looking at wolf/dog pictures helps so much on poses, anatomy, details on paws and fur. And like others have said take more time on them will help as well. practice practice practice.
