I have been lovin' me some Foo Fighters lately. excellent band. much respect to Dave Grohl for not trying to sound like Nirvana with the Foo's

Dave was put in a hard position with Cobain's passing and he did the right thing with this band, they are quite possibly the most original and fresh sounding hard rock band of all time and their music is so addictive and one thing that's absolute is that I just cant get enough of how original they sound. originality is something I respect hugely in the hard rock world and these guys are the originality kings in their genre. no challenging that in my book.

in closing here's a few of my favorite songs by this great band

I absolutely love the Foo Fighters. One of the greatest bands out there right now. I really can't decide on a favorite song or even a favorite album. It's rare but this band hasn't strayed too far from it's roots and still sounds like they did 10 years ago.

Stupid move for the former nirvana member big time, lost alot of respect worldwide, he would have been better in Monster Magnet, the singers look alike but the foo fighters are basicly a crap version of Monster Magnet, there music is sloppy the guitar work sucks sorry but don't have anything good to say about them.
