First draft of the story...

-starts out with Becky announcing to H4H that they're business' profits has gone up in recent months, which is a good thing.
-Meanwhile, at KI, Khan is displeased with his company's performance; they've dropped 3%, while Miniversal is catching on.
-Khan is told that there's an aviation race between his company, H4H and Miniversal.
-Later on, Buzz reveals his latest invention to Khan; a jet plane, that can fly at high speeds, making it the fastest plane alive. Pleased by this invention, Khan decides to enter this jet for his top pilot, Norman, to fly for the company. Khan believes that it will boost his company and put H4H out of business and put Miniversal on the run.
-Buzz learns of Khan's plans, he informs Baloo of what's going to happen. To keep his job and his friendship with Baloo, he installs a special engine that will help the Sea Duck be as fast as Khan's jet.
-Unfortunately, Norman has other plans. He plans to betray KI and fly for Miniversal.

Norman is an original character I had in mind. The plot may need some work

Not bad, actually, I like the idea of a jet plane.

Question, mind if I design Norman? It is kinda my job. Or do you already have something in mind?

Haven't really had any design in mind to be frank. Although, I was thinking of making him a Panther, but different from the Bagheera look alikes in Talespin.

I should try a concept sketch first; it'll help give an idea of what the official design would be like.

I think he looks perfect appearing short.

Looks nice, but is there any intended reason he's short? Usually characters are "big" or "short" for a reason...

Stunted growth; I wanted to make him distinguished from Khan's regular pilots. He's just about the size of Kit, or even Benson(maybe a little taller, but around that size).

Ok, I'll work on the bio, but some quick questions.

Do you want him 'real villainous' or 'jealious villainous'? Like is he trying to win cause he has it out for Baloo or because he wants to outdo him? I get he's sneaky, competitive, and such, but is his motivation to win personal or professional? Or a bit of both?

Also, and I don't know if you like this, perhaps his height could be a an anger trigger for him, since that's his defining characteristic, just a thought.

Also a thought, maybe have Perry be in this connected to Norman, since he wants to go to Miniversal. Like Perry would help Norman win and catch the eye of Miniversal (seeing Perry's underhanded tricks last time, this isn't too hard) and by Perry getting Norman, an expert pilot, working for Miniversal and taking credit for it, he might get himself back on the boss' good side, or at least out of hot water from the last time we saw him. Just a thought.

I think it should be for the sake of outdoing Khan Industries in general; this is everybody in the Khan air force is treating him like his height. It makes him angry because nobody understands how professional he is. Thus, he works as a double agent with Miniversal to get back at Khan.

As for Perry, he's a real possibility. Although, Mr. Sultan did come to mind for the connection; it could help broaden his role with Norman betraying Khan Industries. Perhaps we could do both, if that's okay.

Ah, I see, I can work with that. As a thought, maybe he could have some character development involving how he feels about his height, maybe learning to cope with it so he's not a stright villain, unless you want him to be that is.

I see, just it seemed Mr.Sultan isn't quite as underhanded unless I'm mistaken, it'd make sense he'd want to have Norman on his team, but it'd make sense that Perry would sink to underhanded tactics to make it happen.
