Ah. Mario Kart. One of the oldest games around X3

I remember I used to play it all the way back when it was around for... xbox? Gamecube? Whichever it was, I know it was a while ago. But I used to play the mini games with my cousins that had the bombs and everything. I was obsessed with that XD

And then a little later I got the DS version. BOY was I obsessed with that. I got so good that every single race I'd place second o_O

And now I have the wii version. This version is great, so far. With the wi-fi option so that you can play with other users around the world, it's awesome for me. That way I can still play with others even if I'm the only kid who lives at home! I looove playing this. In fact, there was a point when everyday I'd come home and just play that for like 2 hours straight. Haha XD

What about you guys? ^^

I liked the gamecube version the most. Mario kart is okay on the wii but it has a few serious problems like being rewarded for being in last place(s), ridiculously overpowered A.I. and the online disconnecting players often(something that has happened during many online tournaments I've done).

I never played the original mario kart for the SNES but I used to play the one for the Nintendo 64 A lot with my friends. Funny story, My friend was ahead of me in a race about to finish the final lap, I shot a red shell at him and it threw him right into the finish line hahaha. I had the double dash one for gamecube, it wasn't bad but not that memorable (except the golden car you could win, that was awesome). I have the one for Wii but never unlocked everything. It's so hard for me to get Dry bowser. I don't know how to get a star rating in every 150cc race.

I've played the 64, Gamecube, and Wii versions. My favorite is the 64 version, though I like the steering wheels you can get for the Wii.
