Hm. There's prolly topics already up about Pokemon, but.. I looked and didn't seen one so I decided to put this one up.

Which versions do you own and what do you think about them?
(This include Pokemon Mystery Dungeons)

Ruby (GBA)
Emerald (GBA)
Fire red (GBA)
Leaf green (GBA)
Diamond (DS)
Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time (DS)

Now... Ruby, Emerald, Fire red, and leaf green (basically all the GBA games) in my opinion, were awesome. I loooove those games. As for the DS ones? I haven't tried the Black and white ones or anything, but I know that Diamond/Pearl definetely aren't my faves. If you ask me, I think they got lazy with those and just wanted to add a new version for DS to the list. Some of the pokemon are just... bad. I don't really like that version. Even the legendaries are kinda.... weird. I dunno. But I know that I loved the GBA games. As for the Mystery Dungeon game that I have, it's pretty good. I love how you are a pokemon and can interact with other pokemon. It's pretty cool ^^

I only own Fire Red but I love it so much. <3
I want to grab a DS and play Heart Gold and Soul Silver. xD

I have way to many Pokemon games (Yellow, Gold, Silver, Pearl, and I think there's one or two more lol). xD But they are rather fun to play.
I even pre-ordered Pokemon Black and I can't wait till it comes out in April! <3

And I plan to get White when it comes out. (with some sort of cool toy like Soulsilver did xD)
And I own alot of cards and plushies. (Most in storage) If you'd like, whenever I get them, I can take pictures. However they are pretty old. xD And as for Diamand, I LOVE DIALGA. < 3 However the game was boring. MysteryDugeons/ were alright. However I'd like it if you could play a TRAINER's pokemon. xD I donno. And the gameboys are my fave. I miss my saphire. Which I traded and never got Emerald. :/ And Soulsilver/Heartgold is the best DS pokemon game so far....its just, so awesome. xD

I may not have all the games, but I still have enough to get by.

I thought that SoulSilver would be my last game, but after reading all the stuff about Black/White, I'm thinking of continuing on. I'm probably going to get White when it comes out in the Spring (Zekrom looks so epic!).

Emerald kicked absolute butt imo. I'm probably biased because I started playing during the 3rd gen, but gah love the smooth movement of stuff.
Loved Rescue Team Blue <3 I do want a copy of Explorers of Sky now.
I think I had Explorers of Time somewhere... not sure tho now.
Diamond was terrible. TERRIBLE. I got sick of the series because of it. Gameplay was boring and the new designs were blargh. Probably the weakest instalments were D/P...
SoulSilver was a much needed improvement in the battle system speed. My god, the bag system they used couldn't be any more annoying! You cannot organise that thing quickly at all, it's a pain in the royal behind!
I have played White actually and it is very innovative and creative. 'Tis goooooood.

NIce... but now I'm debating the question of whether to get White immediately or hold off until the third version in the set (Pokemon Grey, perhaps?) mostly because the third versions usually have enhancements that make them better than the first paired set.

Depends, can you wait two years for a new version? That's generally the wait time it seems.
