I love this series!!!!!! If you like twilight saga you will like this series, even if you hate twilight you may still like this, alot of people are finding it better then the twilight saga, theres so many wars online about which is better and im hoping im not the onlyone who enjoy's this dark series^^

um.... it was discovered that its genetic to become a vampire, and once you get the mark (a cresant moon on your forehead) you must go to the House of Night (its like a vampire school) and you have classes and what not. Well at some point you will make the change from a fledgling to an adult vampire and not everyone survives the change. Its basically about this girl who has more powers than all other fledglings, and her sturggles against evil I guess. Of course there are like 5 boys that are involved with her over time.... its a good plot, but I warn you not to think too much about the writing style of it.

@Ecliptica-- I still have yet to read the new one!!!! does anything happen with stark? and theres a movie?!?!? WHAT?!?!?! thats really exciting :D

haha okay :) yes vampires is quite a bit overdone, this is one of the better series about vampires I have read, at least ten times better than Twilight. :)
