Animation Source Forums

This was the film where I finally got introduced into 3D (before I was too insecure) as a note.

Dispicable Me is probably one of the best movies made. Steve Carrell does not sound too spastic for character like he did in Over The Hedge. Miranda Cosgrove did not fit well at all in my opinion. For a foreign animation studio, overall the movie went well. Unlike certain animated movies, like the incredibles or fern gully, this movie was one of those movies where you actually want to sit down in the theater seat (and even hopefully at home soon, Im getting tired of the wait ) and chow down on the soda (drinking of course!!!)

All in all, the movie was a complete success in my book.

Have you ever seen How To Train Your Dragon? I find it to be at least 1000000 times better than Despicable Me and I really enjoyed it. I agree with your comment about Miranda Cosgrove not fitting the casting requirements for her character. When How To Train Your Dragon came out, my friends and I saw it twice in theatres and at least three times once it came out on DVD. Easily the best moral in a movie out there right now, and all of the characters were easy to love, plus the soundtrack is AMAZING.

I enjoyed this movie tho Miranda annoyed meXD

Agreed XD

^^ I cant stand her in anything, other then that this movie was quite good^^

"its so fluffy!"

it always makes me laugh :)
