I’m looking for a partner to do this with, preferably having knowledge of the games already, though not a requirement, I can fill you in if you’re really interested. Anyway, let’s go.

Plot: It’s been many years since the fall of Malefor, the world is at peace once again. 3 years later, despite being a break from tradition, new eggs are brought to the temple, in an attempt to ensure they all hatch and help the Dragon‘s repopulate their devastated species. Spyro and Cynder are rather excited for this event, their excitement growing when an egg whose parents cannot care for it is given into their care as their own child, Cynder quickly bonding with her unborn child. But during the night, the temple falls under attack by a new enemy, the Naga, snake-like creatures that were long ago banished to the furthest recesses of the world for crimes against the other races. While the attack is being fended off, Deadlock, a powerful three headed dragon leading the Naga‘s attack, ambushes and knocks out Spyro and Cynder before making her way to the egg chamber.

When they awake, they discover that while most of the eggs were stolen by the Naga, Deadlock herself only made off with a single egg, the one reserved for Spyro and Cynder. The Guardians reveal that years ago, Deadlock was a nursery dragon, and a very kindhearted one, but after the attack on the temple the night of Spyro and Cynder’s birth, Deadlock disappeared until her recent reappearance. No one knows what’s happened to make her do what she’s done, but one thing is certain, so long as they’re in her and the Naga’s grasp, the dragon eggs are in serious danger. Cynder, fearing Deadlock may plan to use the unborn dragons for evil ends, and having suffered that same fate herself once upon a time, demands her and Spyro go and help defeat Deadlock before its too late. While they’re allowed to go, the Guardians insist that Spyro and Cynder take a group along with them, among which is the new Fire Guardian in training. Their journey will take them to a place called Serpent’s Edge, the lair of the Naga where they were banished to centuries ago, and the adventure will take them deep into the uncharted world to get there.

Will they stop Deadlock in time? And just what are Deadlock and her Naga planning for the infant dragons?

Rules are normal, pretty much the same as any normal roleplay. I just want a good roleplayer whose on a lot and can write nice, well developed posts.

Name: Deadlock
Age: Unknown
Species: Dragon
Powers/Weapons: Deadlock knows many dark magic spells, but her primary ability is the fact each of her three heads has a different element that can be used simultaneously. The middle head has ice, the right head Fire, and the left head Electric, all of which she’s a master of using.
Appearance: A huge three headed dragon adult. She has features of Fire dragons on her right head, ice dragons on her middle head, and electric dragons on her left heads, and are each the corresponding colors. This coloration and pattern continues from the neck to the rest of her body, each covering a third of it.
Personality: Each head has its own personality. The middle head is cunning and cold, and normally keeps the other two heads in line. The right head is easily enraged and has a quick tongue, commonly insulting enemies. The left head has a habit of rambling on in conversation, but is also compassionate and rather carefree. However, all three have some things in common, they’re psychotic and harbor a deep seated hatred for Spyro and Cynder for some reason. They’re also surprisingly intelligent and can come up with extremely effective plans. While not as powerful as Malefor, she’s made more dangerous by her skill and cunning, as well as her ability to use many elements at once. She treats her Naga army with a degree of respect as well.

Age: A few weeks younger than Spyro and Cynder
Species: Fire Dragon
Powers/Weapons: She’s a Fire Dragon, and thus her powers are very similar to Combusto, only less powerful due to not being trained as a Guardian, but she has more control over it than he does.
Appearance: She’s slightly smaller than Spyro and Cynder, and doesn’t have a long neck like Cynder does. She has pink skin and yellow horns, as well as her belly, and her back spine are frill-like and purple in color. She has blue eyes and wears a gold necklace with a pink, heart-shaped jewel in it. Her tail tip is also shaped like a heart.
Personality: She’s energetic and friendly, always willing to help her friends. She and Cynder don’t get along well at first for one reason, Ember has a big crush on Spyro as well, and seems to forget Cynder is Spyro’s mate. However, she still tries to be friends with Cynder. She can be serious if needed, and does take the face she barely escaped death during the Year of the Dragon with gratitude.

Age: ???
Species: Purple Dragon
Powers/Weapons: Spyro, being a purple dragon, can use the elements of Fire, Ice, Electricity and Earth. He can also slow down time with an ability called 'Dragon Time', but only for a short amount of time. Spyro doesn't really have any 'weapons', but I guess his horns, claws and teeth would count as his weapons. If angered, Spyro can turn into Dark Spyro and can breathe convexity. With help from Cynder, Spyro can use a convexity fury which is twice as powerful as the normal elemental furies.
Appearance: Medium-sized with purple scales and yellow horns and chest. The insides of his wings are a redish-orange colour and he has a few scales that are a lighter shade of purple on his back. His eyes are a slightly darker shade of purple than his scales, and he has a yellow spike on his tail.
Personality: Kind and compassionate towards others, Spyro is always willing to help those in need. He can get a bit cocky at times. Spyro is strong both physically and mentally, and never gives up no matter what.


Name: Combustio (Nickname: Bust or Buster)
Age: 14
Species: Fire Dragon
Powers/Weapons: Combustio is a fire dragon, and so he breathes fire. He has a fire fury ability, and when he's mad that fire fury becomes more and more powerful. Combustio doesn't have full control over his fire breath ability, but because he is training constantly he is becoming increasingly better at it. He can also make his claws catch fire and those are his 'weapons'.
Appearance: Slightly smaller than Spyro with orange scales and pale grey horns. He has dark red and brown fire markings on his neck, back and tail. The spike on his tail is in the shape of a small flame. His eyes are a deep, crimson red and his chest is a pale yellow colour. The inside of his wings are yellow.
Personality: Combustio is nice and friendly, but he can lose his temper rather quickly if someone makes him mad or upset. He is confident, persistant and smart, and he is able to outsmart most enemies. Combustio can come up with good plans quickly. Though, he has his 'dumb' moments. He can be humorous when he wants to be, and unlike Sparx he knows when to tell a joke and how to tell it.

Species: Electricity Dragon
Powers/Weapons: Volteer can use the power of electricity breath. He can also use an electricity fury that is much more powerful than that of a young electricty dragon's.
Apearance: A large dragon with yellow scales and blue on his chest and his wings. His horns are blue too. The inside of his wings are a lighter shade of yellow than his scales.
Personality: Annoying and constantly going off at the mouth. He is rather intelligent, but his speedy mouth and constant talking can drive others up the wall.

Alright, sounds good. Though we still have Sparx and Cyril to divide up, Hunter is optional. I can be Cyril and Sparx, if you're ok with that, since most of the Guardians remain at the temple, then we'd each have two people on the main group.

Terrador walked among the eggs in the nursery area of the new temple that had been built, seeing as the old one had fallen into a volcano, that'd been needed. He couldn't help but smile at the little eggs, glad to know they'd soon have a new clutch of dragons around the temple. He then frowned, remembering what had happened almost 18 years ago. "May the Ancestors watch over all of you...all of us...they know we couldn't bare to relive that awful day," he said to himself.

Cyril also wondered among the unhatched eggs, though more to see how many ice dragons they could expect, having the ego he did, this was normal for Cyril to do. He paused to look at a dark colored egg that had been set aside by itself. He walked up to it and got his snout close to it. "Well little one, your parents may not be able to care for you, but fret not," he said softly, it was very common for the Guardians to speak to the eggs, get the unborn dragons used to their voices in the shell. He looked to the window, seeing two dragons coming towards the temple, one purple, the other black. He then looked down to the egg. "Your new parents are here, I'm certain they'll take great care of you."

Cynder stopped before they reached the temple, looking it over. "Wow...I'm still suprised at how quick they finished it Spyro." she said, still amazed. The statues that had once been to Malefor in the old temple were now dedicated to Spyro and her...and Ignitus. She chuckled, remembering how Sparx had such a fuss that they'd not given him a statue, and she thought that Cyril had an ego. She flew down and landed at the entrence to the temple. "...I've never seen dragon eggs before...I'm kinda nervious."

Cynder had been nervious about it, and was glad to have Spyro's support...but still, the reason she felt that way was...even 3 years after Malefor's defeat, she felt the guilt of what he'd made her do. She shook it off when their old friend Hunter came to greet them. "Hey Hunter, how are you doing?"

Terrador shook his head at Volteer in slight annoyence, but didn't mind, he was used to it. He heard Hunter greet their two friends and walked over. "Hello there, young dragons, glad to see you," he said with a smile. "Do you think you'll be nesting this year?" he asked, just being curious, this was the first clutch of eggs this year, eggs could be laid all year.

Cynder bit her lip and shook her head. "Sorry...I know I'm old enough and I'd really like to...just I'm...I'm not sure how the darkness still infused with me and Spyro would effect our child, I...I don't want them to live with this curse we have to..." she said, certainly the darkness had its advantages for her, but Spyro and her had to be extremely careful to never lose their control, never go too far, or it might consume them, and she couldn't bare making their child live with that.

"Well then you're in luck, young dragons, you might not have to," said Cyril, smiling. "Come here," he stated, leading the two over to the egg he'd gone to earlier. "This egg's parents couldn't care for it, so they put it up for adoption," he explained. "There are others, but this one is unique, it's shell is identical to Cynder's."

Cynder gasped. "So...another Black Dragon?" she asked, suprised as she looked at the egg. She knew her color was natural, it wasn't just the end result of Malefor's infusing her with Darkness, it was her normal coloration. That still left one question, what could a completely natural Black Dragon do?

Spyro bowed his head slightly. "We are well Hunter, thankyou." He replied to the cheetah warrior. Then he glanced over at the black dragon egg, amazed that there was soon to be another black dragon. He too pondered on what might a natural and pure black dragon do. "Do you know what element this black dragon may control?" Spyro asked Terrador, looking over at the earth guardian.

OOC: Its fine, that actually wasn't bad.

"We don't know, young dragons, Cynder is the only Black Dragon we've ever seen, and we're unsure of what her pure powers would be." said Terrador.

"But by what we can assume is that one of her powers was natural, not Malefor's doing." explained Cyril. "Wind, Poison, Shadow, and Fear are all elements that Malefor developed before his fall to evil." he continued. "They themselves aren't evil in and of themselves. And sense Cynder never developed another natural power over one of the four natural elements, we can only assume one of two things, ether her natural element was completely replaced by her new ones or one of them is the element she would've been born with."

Cynder nodded, understanding this. It comforted her to know one of her elements wasn't something she wasn't supposed to have. She walked over to the egg, looking at it smiling. She ran her paw softly over it, almost petting it motherly. "So...you want us to raise it?" she asked, since they'd brought it up in that fashion.

"If you will, you see, Cynder, you are the only known Black Dragon, the breed must've evolved only rescently." said Terrador. "Volteer can probably explain that, but you probably wouldn't understand it, I didn't." he explained. "But, in any case, no other dragon could truely understand this child like you could, since you're the first Black Dragon," he continued, then looked to Spyro. "And as for you Spyro, you're the Purple Dragon that saved the world, I don't think there could be a child that wouldn't be proud to have you for a father." he continued. "But the choice is yours if you want to raise it or not. What do you say?""

OOC: Mind if I add another character that'll go on the journy? I jus realized we'll have an uneven number in that respect.

Sparx, despite normally being quite the chatter box, sat back and watched. He knew this'd a big choice and now wasn't the time to chime in.

Cynder looked at the egg, smiling and nuzzling the little egg lightly. "Would you like that?" she whispered softly to the egg. It was on a raised pedistool, much like Spyro's had been, due to it being a unique egg, which was expected. She looked to the others. "Yes...please," she said, smiling and giving Spyro a loving nuzzle for supporting her. She had always felt kind of alone, being the only Black Dragon, one of a kind. Being with Spyro helpped, being that while he wasn't the first of his kind, he was unique and one of a kind as well. But now, she had the chance to raise another Black Dragon, and no longer be a one of a kind creature. Plus, the little egg just seemed to call out to her...like she was meant to be its mother, and it did bring out a motherly instinct in her.

"Cool, I get to be an uncle," said Sparx, hoving around the egg. "So will it be a boy or a girl?"

"We're not sure yet," explained Terrador. "Sometimes, shortly before the egg hatches, we can put it before a flame and see what the hatchling will be like using the flame to see through the shell, but it's too early now," he explained. "Congradulations, Spyro, Cynder, you're going to be great parents."

"Yes, after all you've been through to ensure the continuation of our race, and all the others throughout our world, you've earned this privilage." stated Cyril. "I mean you did save the entire world, so if anyone has earned a reward, it's you two."
