The option to change your username on here is almost "cant be done." Understanding you should only scarcely change your username, an easier way needs to be made on the User Control Panel in order to make it a lot less head-aching and somewhat, confusing.

I doubt this one'll get locked cause' its a big improvement.

O.o Actually, Steet made it that way because he doesn't want people changing their names frequently. The idea is to find a name you like and then stick with it so people remember you and don't have to search halfway down your profile to figure out if they know you or not. It used to be easier to change your name, and it got harder for a reason, so I doubt that will change.

Uhh, it's easy to change your username anyway?

+ What Aniu said.

It isn't hard..I've never changed mine, but Steet made it so it can be changed only every 3 months due to the fact that members abused this feature.

Moral : You abuse it, you lose it.
^ Point why its "hard"

Like everyone has already said... this is a huge no-no. It's incredibly annoying when people constantly change their names - I often find myself forgetting people because they change their name so much >_< It's harder to change usernames for a reason.
