Good Website Makers?

Forgive me if this is in the wrong section, but does anyone know good website makers that allow you to change the graphics/design? Becuase I am trying to build my own website and will eventually get a host and pay each month and all that, but I want to have full graphic chaging freedom. Anyone know a site where I can do that? Something that lets you change various parts of the template or whatever?

If so, please and thank you! ^^

Webs.com is ultimately the best website designer there is that is free. You can also use it for HTML which is handy. (:

Freewebs doesn't allow you to edit their templates, and I don't think she wants to use html.

Sorry, I don't know of any.

webs.com is a fail.

You could use Byethost.com as it's free (unless you go premium) and includes full FTP/MySQL access, as well as your own VistaPanel (similar to CPanel), where you can use a default site builder with predefined templates, or have the ability to easily install Joomla or phpNuke (you can also install forum software such as phpBB or SMF).

Other then that, you could use Joomla anyway.
