Sorry if some of you perceive this as a question, but....
Jodi Benson didnt do well much on the third sequel (im not playing a blame game here) but we do have better actresses out there, like Julie Haggerty or Drew Barrymore. It wouldnt matter much if the cast was different, noting Bridget Fonda did Jenna in the first movie. Im curious to see opinions and thoughts to this.

You must realize that they were limited on the amount of money they had...They hired voice actors that wouldn't cost them, and the best voice actors aren't always available.

I think that Jenna's voice was too "chipper" in the sequels.
The cool and soothing dulcet tones that Bridget Fonda gave to Jenna in the original film, to me, is a big part of why I liked her character so much.

In the sequels, Jenna's voice had a real "June Cleaver" thing going on. Just a little too happy and smiley. I think Bridget Fonda gave Jenna's voice the gravity it deserved. Like Kevin Bacon, I don't think she was an amazing voice actor but her vocal quality was still perfect for the part.
