It's so annoying that you can make practically ANY sled dog/wolf/wolfdog that can live anywhere on the world and is acceptable in Balto Surce because it is realated to Balto "by theme". I think this rule is very stupid and pointless. If characters have to be Balto OCs then make them being it some way, not a random wolf from Australia that is realated by theme...

These type of characters AREN'T allowed last time I check, report them if you feel they are breaking a rule.

Really? I don't moderate characters, so I wouldn't know the rules at all...but this seems unfair and lazy.
