... Continuing the topic's title I'm also annoyed thet moderators do nothing about it. I reported a bunch of stolen stuff from galleries last time and they are still here. Stolen pictures are being approved and so does pictures that doesn't belong to the section (for example graphics or screenhots in fanart section). Seriously... Where are you?! Bad renders not allowed? I feel like any of them are.
Aso I think that all galleries should be rewatched and you should delete all images that are breaking the rules.
And so with fan characters. Aren't fursonas not allowed? I'm working hard to make my characters respecting the rules while I see some that are not realated to Balto and just have no description...

Just a hour... For a day... To deal with it...

Thieves and other rule breaking is spreading all those sites and I'm feeling unfair and not comfortable with it.

There's a glitch in the deactivating system. there's been a topic out for a week or two now. glitch-announcement-for-fanart-and-images-please-read-t31159.html

The character bit though, fursonas are allowed as long as they're natural and have a relation to the balto universe. This may change though as I believe steet is going to make more sections for characters, and a way to filter them.

If you see any that don't follow these rules, report them. They could be older ones from before the rule came up. Or it could be the glitch too, though I hope its not spreading there too.

I just have an one big question still - If you're checking images before you let them be seen to everyone - Why stolen images are still being approved? Some are horribly obvious to see...

If its not the glitch, it could be whoever was going through the images/art didn't take a good enough look at each image before accepting or deactivating them. Its unfortunate, but we're not perfect. Sometimes someone may be in a rush and accidentally click the activate button instead of the deactivate. I've done it a few times, but gone back after to correct myself. I can't say for the others. But again, if you see those, please report them. Its not that we ignore them, its just with the glitch right now its rather pointless. I hope it gets fixed soon Dx

Report them. We mods make mistakes too.

To be the thread parrot; report everything you see that is stolen. The artists who get ripped off will thank you for it.

There is a nasty glitch that makes previously deactivated things resurface, report those as you go along.

To be obnoxious and throw out a suggestion; maybe make a "most stolen from artist" list on the mod forums? Make a list of artists and renderers who get stolen from the most so a mod can compare a submitted render to the list.

Some of them may be hard to find. There's an art with Jenna and Balto hugging, but I coudn't find that on Deviantart.
