One Year Ago...

The animals of the North American forests have lived in peace for more than a hundred years, with hunters only being a small problem in all their minds. Hunters start ignoring regulations and no amount of law is able to stop them. Animal families are torn apart and destroyed.

Two sisters decide to help these creatures, and are mysteriously given the gift of speaking to animals . They gather up the animals in an old abandoned stable, where they plan their attack on the hunters, thinking a war is the only way to stop the madness. But things go terribly wrong when the war is lost and all the animals not killed are taken captive to be sold as exotic pets. As for the two sisters, they are kept locked up as to keep them out of trouble.

Present Day

The younger generation of animals that were to young to fight before are joining together along with the hunter's children who are sick of their parents. Can this new rebellion be more successful than the first?

Personality: sweet and fun-loving, a complete environmentalist, she wasn't prepared for the fight that came to the orginal rebellion, gentle and kind, not much of a fighter, which is one of the reasons they did not when the battle against the hunters
History: Marie and her sister grew up at a ranch, very close to the forest and all its creatures. She instantly fell in love with all the animals. Her mother did not allow her and her sister out of the house when the hunters took over the forest because she was scared they would get hurt. Marie snuck out with her sister and they never returned home because they stayed in the stables with the animals and then were captured by the hunters. Her mother is still worred sick, but Maria can't do much at the present time.

Personality: an outsider and a loner, she was never into the whole killing animals business, she is a natural rebel so running away soon followed, she is a fighter but also laid back and uncaring about most, she is sarcastic and isn't afraid to slap someone around a bit, she would never admit it but she loves animals because they are the only creatures who don't annoy her to death
History: Luna grew up in an orphanage until she was nine. She was adopted by what seemed liked a lovely couple. Her adopted father tried to get her into the family business as soon as she was brought home. She wasn't all that into it, but pretended to be just to keep her family. Eventually she was brought into the hunter's group and began killing all that was in her sight. After they captured the first rebellion and locked up the two sisters, Luna's good side finally showed through. She, along with three others, escaped the hunter's camp and joined the second rebellion.

Personality: distant and fiercly loyal. Jade isn't neccicarily introverted; she's just not much of a people person. she is also impatient and tends to get frustrated easily, but she has a large resavoir of patience for animals in need.
History: Jade was raised by her father on their reservation, but after her mother died from a cattle stampede, her father relocated his daughter to a bording school in Philadelphia and joined the hunters for revenge against the wolves he believed caused the stampede. When Jade hears rumors about the failed rebellion, she runs away to seek out the sisters, only to find that they are being contained in a maximum security isylum.

She has bright, hazel eyes, and a spray of freckles across the bridge of her nose. Her skin is surprisingly light, considering the time she spends outside. She is short and thin, but surprisingly strong and agile.

Personality: Tanya has a fiery approach to things. She is leaderly and brave, though she will galdly give the authority over to someone else, as long as she still has her say in things. She is loyal and friendly, and hates to hurt someone else, though she does realize sometimes its necessary.
History: Her father died before she was born, and her motehr died soon after she was borught into the world. Since no decent orphanages existed nearby, and relatives didn't want another mouth to feed, she was given to a gruff woman, who only shows her soft-side to Tanya. Tanya grew up having a close relationship with animals, though she didn't get to be around them often.

History: Laya's parents were killed when she was 10 months old. She grew up alone, barely surviving. Due to this, she comes across as cold and gruff at first, her brother's death only adding to this. She basically raised herself after the death of her family, and is used to being independent.

spiritwolfie - You need to make a few changes to your bios. 1) Fennec foxes live in the desert not in the forest. 2) I don't think Toddie can have a crush on Tango because they are both male. I am not against that, but I think it is against the general rules.

As for the fennec foxes, I know that they are native to the deserts of Africa and Asia, not North America. I don't know where you live, but if it is in North America, it would be a shock to find one of these little guys in your back yard. I will accept Toddie, but I cannot accept the two fennec foxes.
