An adaption of the popular cartoon, this film unlikely the cartoon tanks. It's also the only film or cartoon episode in which Scooby Doo actually dies, thats right he dies! So what do you think of this film?

...I don't know which film you're talking about, but if it's this one, he doesn't die. o_0

Actually he does according to the article it states, "Scooby's protoplasm is extracted from his body." Protoplasm is the movies word for souls. Therefore when his protoplasm is remove he dies.

He doesn't stay 'dead' though... 8|

And to answer the question in your first post, I thought it was okay. Until they revealed the villain at the end. Then it flat out SUCKED.
For those who have watched and loved the original series, we know how devoted Scrappy is to Scooby.
For him to be the 'mastermind' of it all didn't make sense and was COMPLETELY out of his character.

The second however I'm confused by. For, besides the fact it has Seth Green in it [who is a favorite actor of mine], was the very opposite! I thought it was a success!
The monsters looked great, it had a good plot, and the villain fit.

Although as I thought in the first film, I thought using a computer-made Scooby was kinda disappointing.

So how would you describe what happens to him when his soul is removed?

I love this movie. o3o I remember when it first came out in my small town, I had these little cards they were giving out, based on the old TV show, they would move. I had posters, the CD, the VHS. God, I'm a huge Scooby Fanatic. lol

And dead is; "Heart stops beating." It could be debated that his body simply was there, not moving, but not going to move. Like a deep sleep. I don't think he died.

Well the reason I think he is dead is because frankly when someone loses their soul they usually die, also his body doesn't move and is unresponsive to anything.

I'm not too, informed(?) on the soul thing (or any type of soul, topic), I think it's just the thing that gives you will to live. But thats just me.
