Personality: Is serious when it comes to protecting the ones he cares about, but whenever the times come, he's always able to crack a joke or two to put a smile on someone's face. He's very gentle and friendly, but to most he just looks mean, tough, and unnapproachable from the outside. It takes a very special canine to get through to his core.

Jay walked along the borders of the territory that used to belong to him, the beta female, and the alphas. A tiny tear shed his face as he remembered everything that had happened that terrible day. The alpha had banished him... both fought against him, leaving even more scars than he already had. But as that tear shed, he heard a small whimper not too far away. Then, suddenly, it stopped. His ears perked up and he was yanked away from his thoughts. As he wondered what it was, he knew by the sound that it was urgent. He had heard it before. It was the same whimper he had heard when his mate, the beta female had passed away, the reason he was banished, the reason everything had fallen apart. He rushed towards it. Then all of a sudden, he made a stop. As his paws skid across the snow, he noticed a lump under what seemed like a blanket of white. He uncovered it, digging gently, but urgently. All of a sudden, gold shown through the snow. He stood in shock.

Jay, knowing the situation was getting worse by the second, picked up the retriever mix with ease and slid her onto his back. It was a fairly simple task, taking into account the strength he had gained both as a beta and while on his own, fighting others for territory. He ran towards the latest cave he had begun to occupy. When he got there, he walked towards the back and set down the female. He ran out to get some wood. When he returned, he had a peice of stray bark he had found covered by a bit of snow. He put a few stones together and chopped up the wood into ragged slices. After putting the wood in the center of all the stones, he simply scratched it twice and a fire sparked. Being at the back of the cave, and having a fire going was going to warm the female and himself up perfectly.

OOC: I know, I'm gonna do that after she wakes up ;]

OOC: Yeah I know. Then lemme do this.

Jay sighed as he realized it would take a while for the female to wake up. He'd never be able to go out and hunt if he had to watch her all day and night. He got up quietly and picked up the female once more. But first, he looked at her tags. He was one of the few wolves who knew how to not only understand the human language, but read it too. He then proceeded to taking her to that place.

After almost an hour of trekking through the snow and wilderness, Jay finally reached the city. With ease, he was able to find the owner's house. As he came towards it, he yelped at the sight of humans. He had hoped to just drop the female off and then the owners would see her after he left. But now he was in danger of getting caught if the humans saw him. And although he didn't notice in the moment, but did now, his yelp had made it all the more inevitable that the human would turn. He gently laid the retriever mix on the ground and he pushed her to the human, trying to be as quiet as possible so as not to make the girl turn.

Jay quietly roamed the streets. He wasn't sure why, but for some reason he didn't feel like returning to the forest... And thankfully the owners of the golden female only cared about their beloved dog. He sat down in an empty and dark alley, hoping no humans would come along. But sure enough, about an hour later, someone was bound to show up. It was, apparently, too much to ask for to escape danger for once in his life. As he realized which kind of human it was, he gasped under his breath. A dog catcher... Surely he would recognize the 'dog' was actually a wolf. Then wolf hunters were sure to follow shortly. He already saw the young man dialing numbers and talking through the speaker of his handy cell phone. Jay whimpered as he realized he had picked the one alley that had no exit. Just a dead end.
