huttserwolf what is this book about if you give more detail to people whom didn't read the book and they also see your reconmondation they might read it and exchange opions with you

yes, sorry. It is about a deer named Rannoch who is trying to save the animal kingdom from another deer, Sgorr, who wants to dominate it.
It is really a very good book, and it is David Clement Davis's (the Sight, Telling Pool) first book.

I've read The Birth of FireBringer! :D Its a trilogy! Its about Unicorns! The second one is ~ Dark Moon & the third one is Summer of the Stars, which I'm reading right now.

I think your talking about a different book jennawolf. Firebringer is about deers.
ive been trying to read this book. It's on my list of 'to read' books.
This one is right under The Da Vinci Code.
I did read part of it though. It's about deers right. And the particular deer in this book has a leaf shaped mark on his head. And he has to keep it hidden because of some prophecy right?

Yep, the deer has too keep his leaf mark hidden because they head leader would kill him if he found out.

I liked this book, though not as much as The Sight. It had an overall good storyline and the characters were well-rounded. The Sight involves a pack of wolves, so that is probably why I like it better..... :wink:

I just went to the bookstore yesterday and bought fire bringer and the sight. I am reading fire bringer right now and it is good. The 1st chapter has 35 pages and I am reading the 2nd chapter! So far I think it is a good book!

I finished the book 3 days ago (Apr.4th) and I thought it was really good. I am now reading The Sight written by the same author.
