This is a bit of a story I've posted on the main site. The character Abi is my own. Please don't use her without my permission!
The white wolf stood on the mountain top, staring at the small town only just visable from there. She normally would never have dreamed of going near humans and dogs, but her mother, Aniu, had told her that her half-brother, Balto, was there.
Abi was a quarter of the way to Nome by now, and so far hadn't encountered any trouble. Then she heard a twig snap. Instantly she ran, just as the hunter shot at her.
Aleu and Jenna were on Balto's boat, waiting for Abi and Balto to come back, when something walked up the plank. "Balto?" Jenna asked. She looked round and saw that it wasn't Balto, it was really Steele. Before she could scream, Steele had grabbed her and dragged her off the boat.
Jenna glared at Steele angrily. "You won't get away with this!" She yelled at him. "Balto will rescue me!" Steele smirked evilly at that and said, "If that stupid half-breed and his wolf sister try to play any funny tricks, they will have to give up. I'm sure they don't want anything to... happen to you."
