Animation Source Forums

I thought we needed a thread to introduce ourselves so that new members could get acquainted with the team, so here it is! Just make a brief post about what your job is on the TSVS team and any other information that you'd like to share about yourself.

I'll start: I'm the general manager of the VS as well as a writer/story editor. (Although I've really only done outlines and some editing... Phylogeny has done the vast majority of the writing thus far...) I basically do whatever job that I'm able to do and have time for. So yeah, don't hesitate to PM me with any questions, suggestions, etc that you may have!

Good news everyone! Two more artists have joined the TSVS team! Also, Futurama is back with new episodes! Uhh, but that's not the point of this post... Where was I?... Oh yes! Zimaro and GoddessOfTheWolves are on the team now! Huzzah!

(Posted in the voice of Prof. Hubert J. Farnsworth from Futurama... Because I love that show and now it's back. Woo-Hoo!) Now if only TS could be that fortunate...

New volunteers and more Futurama... That deserves two

My husband is a big Futurama fan! I will have to tell him the good news. He probably already knows. I will try the fold on the muzzle thing.

Another Futurama fan here (what a coincidence ) I bought all four of the DTV films.

Well, I was a little slow posting this, but we have two new artists on the team! Syrena and Ekalter have recently joined us from Deviant Art! Welcome! Syrena's art sample And Ekalter's art on her projects, The Shadow Moves and the Space Race

@everyone:

I need everyone to post what timezone you live in so we can try to coordinate meeting times to suit everyone. For instance, I'm GMT -5. Also, can everyone post a brief description of what job you do on the VS. You can also give more info if you want, like your interests and hobbies, what you do in real life, etc, but it's not necessary. Basically I'm trying to make a place where new team members can come to get acquainted with the rest of the team. Also it would be helpful if everyone could post a chat account that we can use for meetings. If you don't want to use the same chat account that you use for family/friends/etc, you can always create a new one to use especially for the VS. My Skype name is user_0x7B, and my Yahoo name is [email protected]. (I prefer Skype chat but Yahoo is alright too.) I'm also willing to create accounts on other chat networks if necessary. I use Linux though, so it would be nice if your preferred chat client has a Linux version.

Hmm... I think that's about all for now...

I'm GMT+1.
I'll probably try using Skype but online (https://imo.im/, haven't tried but it should work?)

Timezone GMT +4 (actually)
Online in Skype practically all the time computer is on (and the Internet),rarely in MSN.

I'm EST.
But I don't have a skype account

Mountain time. I have yahoo and AIM.

EST here. Skype is probably best for me.

GMT +2. I can't have Skype cause it gives me viruses, but...Windows Live works for me xD
