It does seem kind of odd that they would get pretty much all of the characters from the movie to do the Timon and Pumbaa show even ones that are supposed to be dead (like Scar and the Hyenas) yet for some reason they never found a way to get Nala into an episode. Do you think she should have been in the show?

I have to agree with you,yes I also think Nala should've been in the show,because when she talked to them about where Simba was,Timon replied,I thought he was with you.

What does that have to do with the odd decision of not having her in the show?

That's OK. So Celtic Aleu what does Timon saying "I thought you were with them" have to do with Nala's strange disappearance in the TV show?

Also I think I might know why she wasn't in the TV show: her role in the movies is really just the voice of reason. So on Timon and Pumbaa's adventures Pumbaa most of the time was acting as the straight man to Timon's antics while Simba, when he was on the show, was acting as a straight man to their antics. So because Pumbaa and Simba were suddenly given the role of voice of reason I guess there just wasn't any room for Nala in the show.

That's the best I can come up with but still she could have made a cameo or something. Maybe in the episode where they went to Rome, for instance, they could opened with T + P in the jungle then Nala comes in and says "Simba's been missing. The last time I saw him he was in Rome. Could you please go there and check to see if he's ok?" or she could have had her own section like Rafiki and the hyenas did.

Maybe instead of the Hyenas section be about the wacky adventures of them trying to get food it could be about Nala and other wacky lionnesses trying to get food which would make more sense considering, you know, those 3 hyenas would be dead if you tried to bring logic into it.
