Personality: Arthur is usually the one who follows rules, and he is very intelligent. He’s rough, rowdy, and prideful; but he’s a big softy to those he loves. He’s usually cold and calm, and Arthur is the one to smile to hide true intentions. Arthur believes that he’s just a young pup stuck in an old wolf’s body.
History: Arthur was born to his pack’s alphas and was the second eldest pup. The eldest pup was in line for being alpha. While the pups were out hunting; the eldest pup was attacked and killed by a moose during mating season. Arthur and the other pups came to a certain point near the edge of their territory, and his siblings ran away when they saw two polar bears wandering. He was unsure at first, but he crept up behind the bears slowly. Once he was close enough, he jumped on one of them and pinned him to the ground. They both screamed in fear, and the smaller bear begged for Arthur not to harm his brother. Arthur was confused, but listened. He told them not to come near here, and he chased them off. Arthur went back to find his other siblings. He found his siblings, and they went back to the pack. The pack waited for the eldest pup to return from the hunt, but when he didn’t come, some scouts left to go see what happened to the eldest pup. Some pack members went to go hunt for the pack. The youngest scout came galloping back to the pack with his partner behind him, and he reported that the eldest pup had been killed by a moose. Arthur took this the hardest since he was the closest with him, and he refused to eat that day. The alphas decided that Arthur was in line to be alpha male, and eventually as time passed, he became the leader. At first, he was a bit uncomfortable and acted like knew what he was doing, but over time, he learned that he didn’t know what he was doing and was just being a bad leader. Some pack members had left because of their leader, and the youngest scout was kicked out of the pack for being weak. He was having a hard time controlling the pack, and Arthur was in dire need of help. He asked the betas to help him lead the pack and keep them under control until he was ready to lead them alone. He became frustrated, and he usually had to assert his dominance to the lower ranks just to keep them in line. Arthur became so frustrated that he let the beta couple become the alphas, and Arthur became a beta. He did well in this position, and it was less hectic for him. Then one day, two wolves named Sable and Nava stumbled into the pack. Arthur was the first to come to them and greet them, and since they were loners, he let them stay. While Arthur was out, he was bossing around a group of lower ranks, but the newcomer, Sable, stood up to Arthur and charged right infront of him. She yelled at him, and they started to fight each other. Arthur broke the fight, and he left the group and their ‘heroine’. As time passed, the alpha male died of old age, and Arthur became the alpha. But before the alpha died, Sable seemed to ALWAYS be there to protect those who Arthur bossed around, and this greatly interested him in Sable. He saw her fit to be a pack member, and Arthur called Nava and Sable up to talk to him. After that, he left Sable and Nava to figure out what all of those questions were for, and a few minutes later, Sable ran up to Arthur, nuzzled him, and thanked him so many times. Arthur watched as Sable grew very well-known in the pack, and she would always come to talk to him. Arthur started to hold some feelings for Sable, but he shook it off as puppy love. Arthur would always encourage Sable to become the new alpha female, and one day, Sable took his encouragement. Arthur watched as both females fought for position, and he was glad that Sable had won. After that, Sable seemed to be down about something, which surprised Arthur. He went to go comfort Sable every day, and he couldn’t hide his true feelings anymore. Arthur confessed his love for Sable, and he was extremely afraid of being rejected. Sable giggled and told him that she loved him too, and the two became a couple, and later, Jij was born. Arthur and Sable spent so much time with the young pup that they did not notice that humans were coming too close to the pack until a shot suddenly rang out. The pack was attacked by humans; and almost half of the pack was killed. Arthur became furious, but he decided not to get revenge on the humans. He was suddenly met by a familiar face. It was the young scout that had been kicked out because of weakness, and he had grown to be slim and stronger. He challenged Arthur to a duel to be alpha, and Arthur accepted this. The young scout put up a good fight, and he beat Arthur. He was amazed at how well the young male fought, and Arthur accepted his defeat. The young scout, now addressed by Sailor, spared Arthur’s life, but Sailor told Arthur that he was banished from the pack. Arthur accepted this, but he was hurt greatly. He left the pack, but always stayed close to them (just so he couldn’t be seen, but he could watch over them). A few years after, Arthur and Sable meet up again, and Sable told
Arthur that she would be with him and run away from the pack. Arthur smiled, and they both continued their lives together.
How he feels about Jij: Arthur is extremely glad she didn’t inherit her mother’s energy and mischievousness. He hates both Jij’s and Sable’s fear of thunder, and he finds them special to him because they can always bring him out of his comfort zone.
How they're (indirectly) linked to Balto: While he was out on a hunt, he saw Muk and Luk, and he ‘attacked’ them. After Arthur saw they were innocent bears, he let them go. Ever since then, if they came near his territory, Arthur would have to chase them out since everyone else was afraid of them. Arthur also has met Nava and talked with him a few times, and he has tried
to keep in touch with Nava ever since he left the pack.
Other: Arthur likes to stalk Sable if she isn’t with him (unless he has things to do). No one knows why he stalks her. After he is banished, he keeps stalking Sable, but he keeps his distance and he secretly meets with her whenever she can.

Personality: Sable is a ball of play and energy, and she acts very care-free. She can be mischievous and teasing, and Sable cares for all of those who she considers friends. She’s surprisingly thoughtful and has a sharp mind, but Sable is quick to anger.
Though she is like that when she’s off-duty, when Sable has to be the alpha, she can be blunt and a bit arrogant. She can be extremely stubborn and harsh. Sable will assert her dominance is she needs to, and she gets things done and does what she needs to do.
History: Sable was born in a large pack. They constantly fought for food, and they often lost because they were weak. Some wolves would leave the pack, but one day, the leader of Sable’s pack decided to not let anyone leave the pack. Some tried to oppose it, and some tried to run away. The alpha was strict, and usually killed those who tried to go against this. Some of the lower rankers decided to create a rebellion. Sable’s parents were part of this rebellion, and they were killed because of it. She and her siblings decided to run away during all of this, and they were able to escape. They went their separate ways after they learned how to fend for themselves. Sable had trouble when she had stumbled into bear territory and was badly beaten, but she continued on with her cuts and bruises. It was difficult for her, but she was found by a young Nava, who took care of her until she felt better. Sable didn’t want to be out alone, so Nava decided to travel with Sable until she found a pack. When Sable met Arthur, she was disgusted at him for being so mean. She would usually come up to him and yell at him if he was being mean, and she usually got into fights with him. The leader of the pack died, and Arthur became the new leader. He called up Nava and Sable to have a talk with him, and during the whole time, Arthur was testing Sable, seeing if she was fit for being in the pack. When it finally hit Sable (basically being told she was in the pack) that she was in the pack, she became excited. Sable would spend most of her time talking to the pack members with Nava. Slowly but surely, she started to become the new beta after the original one died of sickness. Arthur would come to talk to Sable a few times, and she would often amuse him and make him laugh and smile. Once she was confident enough, she challenged the alpha female to a duel. The older female moved slower than Sable did, but the alpha was wiser than Sable. Many times Sable appeared to be beaten, but Sable would always improvise and make something work for her advantage. She eventually won her place as alpha female of the pack. Nava was proud of her, and after he congratulated Sable, Nava left. Sable got depressed when Nava left, but Arthur kept the new alpha company and happy. The two became mates after Arthur’s confession of his love to Sable, and they had Jij. Sable and Arthur spent so much time with Jij that they didn’t notice that they were a bit too close to humans until they attacked the pack. Sable became more aware of their surroundings and tried to move the pack away from the humans, but she heard that a male challenged Arthur to a duel. Sable ran to the spot with Jij and watched as Arthur was beaten by the male. Sable became depressed when she saw her mate driven away by the new alpha. When the new alpha commanded the pack to move, she almost refused to budge, but she did for the sake of her pack and her daughter. Sable decided to try and see if she could still see her old mate, and she went out every night to see Arthur. Sailor, the male that had defeated Arthur, came to Jij and Sable, and he promised to care for Jij and her mother as if they were his own. Sailor and Sable became close friends while Jij grew up, but Sable never became mates with Sailor. They decided to let the betas have pups, and they would take care of the pups. After the pups grew up and Jij had ‘ran away’ from the pack. Sable decided to also run away from the pack and be with her mate.
How she feels about Jij: Sable is glad that Jij did not inherit her father’s cold personality. She loves Jij, but she’s a bit unsure about how Jij acts. She wants to teach Jij how to step outside of the box, and Sable usually has a hard-time to get both Arthur and Jij to step outside of their comfort zones.
How they're (indirectly) linked to Balto: Sable knew Nava while she was a young pup, but ever since she became leader, she cut ties with him. Sable dearly misses her old friend though.
Other: Sable is absolutely terrified of thunder storms. Sable always brought the good side out of Arthur, and they usually were together. If not, Arthur would be out stalking Sable (unless he had things to do). Sable starts to meet Arthur secretly when she can during the night.

Personality: Sailor is the one to be there for people, and he cares deeply for those he doesn’t even know. He believes every life is important, and he’s your average wanna-be-hero. He always dreams of becoming a hero, especially to pups. Sailor is childish, and he is very unpredictable. He can be serious when he needs to be, but he’s a fun-loving type of person. He has high spirits and holds his pride as his pack, and is very proud of his pack and Jij. He’s a great story-teller, and Sailor often looks like he’s clueless. He is very capable of protecting those he cares for, and Sailor will do anything for his pack and for their safety. He’s very protective of pups.
History: Sailor was born in a small pack in a wildlife park, and he was very close to the alpha’s pups. Though he was young, he was their caretaker. He would protect them from danger, and Sailor would show them many things. He once caught a goose while it was flying in the air, and he let the pups eat it. Sailor went out to hunt, and he caught some fish for the pups. Sailor then went to the pack to eat their kill. A few days later, all of the alpha’s pups died of a mysterious sickness they all had suffered. (They died because the fish was poisoned by the park’s cleaning system) Sailor was banished from the pack. One day while he was out hunting, Sailor was caught in an avalanche and almost died. He was lucky enough to hit and be caught on a tall tree at the edge of the cliff the snow fell off of. After that, Sailor traveled on, and he was a loner until he found another pack and became their scout. He was the youngest one, but he did his job well. The alpha’s eldest pup died one day, and Sailor’s old memory of his old alpha’s pack brought back some pain back while he mourned for the eldest pup. After Arthur, the second eldest pup, became alpha, Sailor took in a small pup that he had found once scouting and took the pup in. Sailor cared for the pup until Sailor was kicked out of the pack. Sailor joined a small pack for a short while. One day, he heard a shot ring out from the distance, and Sailor went to go check and see what it was. He soon was met by the scent of blood and familiar scents, and Sailor rushed to the spot. He spotted Arthur, and he challenged Arthur to a duel. Sailor won the fight, and he banished Arthur. Sailor soon met Jij and Sable, and he promised to take care of them. After a few years, Sable and Jij both seemed to have disappeared from the pack. Sailor decided to find a mate, and he lead the pack by himself.
How s/he feels about Jij: He loves her, but he tries his hardest not to be Jij’s ‘father’. Sailor likes to talk to Jij whenever he can, and he loves to teach her new things. He takes care of Jij well, but Sailor always has this strong feeling to protect Jij from everything. Sailor tries to keep himself away from Jij, but he watches her from a distance when she goes hunting.
How they're (indirectly) linked to Balto: Sailor killed Stella’s mother for food when he was younger, and he gave her to the pups of the alpha.
Other: He slightly fears humans, and he taught Jij to fear humans as well. He knows a lot of neat tricks and things.
