Alright first off NO KNOWLEDGE OF KAMEN RIDER NEEDED! I will explain everything you need to know in the sections below. Its' a Japanese superhero show but it will probably be enjoyable for anime and manga fans as well (as Kamen Rider was created by Shotaro Ishinomori, creator of Cyborg 009 and a popular manga writer). Now, why don't you need prior knowledge? Because each Kamen Rider series is a self contained story, most having no connection to previous series, so if you know the basics, you'll be perfectly fine.

Plot: In ancient Japan, a race of beings called the Akuma (translates to demon or devil), supernatural creatures whose origin is unknown even to this day, ravaged ancient Japan. However, an ancient samurai rose up and challenged these evil beasts, fighting valantly against their evil. But he alone was not strong enough to overcome them all and seeing his power, the monsters attempted to convert him to one of their own, that is until a miracle took place. Some say the spirits above intervened in his favor, other say his heart was simply too pure to be twisted into their evil ways. Reguardless, their attempt backfired and instead of gaining a powerful new ally, they gained an enemy they couldn't overcome. The samurai turned into an armored warrior known as Kamen Rider Kage. With his great power he overwelmed their foces and finally impaled the Akuma King on his own sword, causing all the Akuma to be sealed within it, which Kage trust into the depths of the sea so they'd never again harm the world of man. With his quest completed, Kage vanished into the shadows.

In modern day Japan, the exploits of Kage are believed to be little more than a legend. But that legend soon becomes frightenly real when the sword containing the Akuma King is dredged up from the ocean's depths. As its examined, the seal is broken and the legions of monsters were unleashed once more. Quickly setting up their ancient base in the heart of Mt. Fuji, the Akuma King sends his menions to unleash destruction on the world of man. However, fate would once again conspire against the monsters, as the descendent of Kage regains his ancestors power, but is still learning to use it. With the new Kamen Rider Kage fighting back, the Akuma King commands his menions to hunt down and murder the descendents of Kage, so another such warrior can't rise against them. But some of them awaken despite this and continue their battle with the evil Akuma.

Rules:

No killing someone without permission. Akuma can be killed but you have to fight them for a period of time first.

No 'god powered' characters.

No God Mod or Powerplay.

Be kind to other roleplayers.

Not everyone has to be a Kamen Rider or Akuma, you can be a normal human trying to help.

Kamen Riders: Kamen Riders are Japanese armored superheroes that ride motorcycles and fight Kaijin, humanoid, human sized monsters. That's litterally the only things they all have in common. Most can also do a Rider Kick, a powerful flying kick used to finish the monster off, but some don't have one, however, all of them have some form of finishing move. They normally have an animal base for their armor, for example this Rider, Kabuto, is based off a Rhinoceros beetle: In this RP, Kamen Riders transform with a belt mounted device that materilizes when they want to transform. In its middle it has a crystal resembling an eye, its closed at first but when the Rider says "Henshin!" (Japanese for transform or transformation), it opens up and they transform. If the Rider has a weapon, it materilizes out of this eye. When they begin to awaken as a Kamen Rider, their bodies get physically stronger and they subconsciously gain combat knowledge as their body prepares them for the transformation.

Akuma: The Akuma are ancient spirit beasts that resemble humanoid animals in samurai-like armor. Each one has an elemental ability based on one of the five Japanese classical elements: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Void (meaning things humans can't understand). Only Mao, the Azuma King, has the Void element and can also use the other five. Normal Akuma normally aren't addressed by name, but higher ranking ones are. Most of them will serve a 'villain of the week' role, appearing to cause destruction and fight the Riders. When killed an Akuma's body cracks, causing their elemental energies to leak out before they explode. Akuma do have a code of armor, requiring that if they lose their will to fight to destroy themselves, if they don't then another Azuma must.

Name: Jarret Hikari
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Kage
Age: 20
Personality: Kind, friendly, somewhat naive at times but in battle gets serious and focused.
History: He was a normal boy, living in Japan with his parents. However, when the Akuma awakened, he began to change, becoming stronger. Finally, when an Akuma killed his family, he transformed into Kamen Rider Kage to fight them. Since then, he's been facing the Akuma to stop their evil.
Animal Base: Rhinoceros Beetle.
Armor Appearence: Its a dark reddish brown and streamlined, fitting his body. Its shoulders, arms, chest, and legs are heavily armored, a flexiable but durable fabric between the armored plates. His helmet has two large red-beetle-like eyes and a single horn like a Rhinoceros Beetle. The eye in his belt is green
Weapons: Terra Shredder: A samurai sword pulled from his belt. It's hilt has a large green crystal in it and the hilt seems to have one side oversized. This part, however, can be folded up to transform the sword into an ax.
Catchphrase: "Those who do evil will feel my blade!"
Finishing Moves:
Purity's Light: His right foot glows with a radiant light before he jumpped into the air and lands an ax kick on the target's head.
Assault Blade: Runs his hand over the jewel on the Terra Shredder while in sword mode, causing the blade to glow. He then charges the opponent and delievers a series of fast slashes. He also perform this move by simply slashing in front of him, sending an energy slash through the target.
Terra Crusher: Runs his hand over Terra Shredder's jewel while in ax mode, then charges the opponent and slashes with one hand, the ax getting caught in their shoulder before he grabs it with both hands and finishes the slash.

Name: King Mao
Age: Several centuries old.
Personality: Cruel, sadistic, evil, hats those who will dishonor themselves. Craves a worthy opponent.
History: The kind of the Azuma, he ravaged Japan in ancient times, until the original Kage appeared. After an epic battle, he was impaled on his own sword, imprisoning him and the rest of his kind inside it. Released into modern Japan, he seeks to continue he age old rampage. He still bares a glowing scar in his chest from being impaled by Kage.
Animal Base: Elepant Beetle.
Element: Void, all other elements.
Weapons: Muramasa Blade: A long katana forged by the legendary swordsman it's name implied. It an evil blade that compales the user to commit acts of terrible bloodlust. Only one with a pure soul, good or evil, can wield it without this effect. It is too heavy for a normal human to lift as it is. Only two beings are known to have weilded it without sucumbing to its curse, King Mao, and the original Kage. If King Mao is impaled on it, he and all the Azuma will be imprisoned within it.

Name: Matthew "Matt" Morgan
Rider Name: Hikyuu Rider Shimi (means 'Leopard Rider Spots')
Age: 12 years old
Personality: Even though he's probably the youngest Rider there has ever been, he's still tough and very skilled.
History: He was only 10 when the Akuma destroyed his house- with his family inside still. They all were killed, and he was living on the streets, begging and stealing for food. About a year afterwards, he began to change, becoming more buff and able to jump over food carts on the street. He also noticed his canines were getting sharper and longer. He became Hikyuu Rider Shimi, and
Animal Base: Silver Leopard
Armor Appearance: His whole armor is silver with black, leopard-ish spots, and the backs of his hands are covered with armor, but not the palm. He has two thick, intersecting belts across his chest that hold hundreds of venomous darts he can throw. His helmet has a large hole where his mouth is, and looks like a bobcat's mouth with steel fangs in it (this way he can eat whenever he wants ). The eye in his belt is red.
Weapons: Claws he can retract and protract as he wishes, a long spear with a silver cat head on the guard, and belts filled with venomous darts.
Catchphrase: "Small packages sure can pack a punch!"
Finishing Moves:
Sakkashou (means 'Scratch'): Protracts his claws and jumps high in the air, lifts his hand, then lands hard and delivers a huge slice.
Snake Eyes: He makes it seem like he's gonna throw a dart at them, then he stabs them with his spear when they're not expecting it.
Kangaroo: When he's fighting, he jumps over his opponent and gives them a kangaroo kick so hard, it breaks through their armor and they go flying.

You're in! And your guy reminds me a lot of Kamen Rider Amazon, which is a good thing, cause he's one of my favorites. Particularally his Sakkashou, it's a lot like Amazon's Dai Setsudan (Great Slice), which is good cause there needs to be more Riders like Amazon.

Amazon was a really feral Kamen Rider from 1974, I'll put it this way, he'd fit in Mortal Kobat without any modifications.

Rider Name: Kamen Rider Kanji(Kamen Rider Tiger)(im not exactly sure if you spell Tiger that way in japanese but its the best I could find)

Personality:happy-go-lucky a joker but if you attack his freinds... things happen.
History:He doesnt remember anything really except for some reason he hates the Akuma(is that ok?)
Animal Base: A black(thats right you read it properly BLACK oh yeah!!!!!) tiger
Armor Appearence: Black all over with white stripes on it the gloves have small metal "claws" that are razor sharp it is tight fitting to give him the most comfort the helm is the same as the rest of the armour except for it has no apparent eyes (how he sees will come later) and the belt eye is black .
Weapons: Probablythe biggest sword you would ever see it bears a simalar size and resemblance to this one :
Catchphrase: Hello.(begining of fight)And goodbye.(end of the fight)
Finishing Moves:
Claw Storm: he jumps into the air and begens spinning creating a small tornado his metal claws extend and the tornado envelopes the opponet tobe cut up
Hyper Sword: His sword glows and he starts running extremly fast around you to where it appears there is more than one of him and then he attacks with his sword from all angles
Thunder Roar: He stabs the sword into the ground and braces himself on it because if he doesnt the force of the roar would throw him back and of course roars at a high frequency

Intresting, though no unavoidable attacks and Thunder Roar needs toned down, they'll probably get an upgrade later on that would make it more fitting but right now its too strong.

History: Doesn't remember any history except that he hates Akuma and his sword which he can't get rid of for some odd reason.
Animal Base: Crocodile
Armor Appearance: All green with spikes coming out of the armor along with the gauntlets looking like the mouths of crocodiles
Weapons:
The Sword of Apocalypse: Destroys anything that it touches except for the Muramasa Blades. (there's two of them actually) One of the most powerful weapons of all time but it is very hard to control because of how much power it has. Makes the wielder have dual personalities along with the sword being able to possess the wielder. Very dangerous weapon for everyone near it.
The Sword of Light: A energy sword pulled from his belt. It's hilt has a large pure white crystal in it that glows with light and the blade it's self is just pure light energy. Can't be destroyed unless you destroy the crystal itself.
The Shield of Darkness: Can protect the wielder from any darkness attacks from all sides except for the bosses.
Catchphrase: All shall fall before my mighty blade.
Finishing Moves:

Judgement Day: His sword glows with dark and light energy and sends shock-waves through his slashes in the air. He then runs up to the enemy and cuts the enemy through the middle, destroying it.

Judgement Kick: He jumps up in the air and kicks the enemy in the head with so much power that you hear a sound that sounds like an earthquake.

Ultimate Judgement Day: His sword glows with dark and light energy that the sword itself is invisible behind the energy that it emits. He throws the sword at the enemy striking it and going through it until it hits the ground, wherever that may be. All of the enemy's that it goes through explode.

Pretty much good, but his weapons are too strong, for now, the Dagger of Light can be obtained later on, he can have an upgraded form, they'll all get them. And the Sword of Apocalypse is too powerful, so please lower its strength.

Do I need to tone down the finishers or do I just need to edit the description of my sword?

Also, about the Shield of Darkness, its ability to neutrulize Darkness attacks is kinda useless, the Azumi don't use Darkness attacks, they use Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water, while Mao uses Void, which is radiant energy.

Rider Name: Kamen Rider Ookami
Age: 17
Personality: While her name would suggest someone of a quiet disposition, she is actually quite tempermental. She can let alot of things go, and tends to bottle up her emotions. This will often result in them coming out explosively later. She is curious, and amazingly loyal. She is braver than some, but then again more cowardly than some. She can get violent, which is good at times, considering what she is.
Description: She has a small build, and pale skin. She has clear blue eyes, and brunette har. SHe appears to be weak, and not at all fierce, which confuses some.
History: Anita doesn't remember much, accept happy memories of sitting with her large family, and joking around. She also remembers flames, and some umentionable visions and sounds. Other than that, it's as if her brain has banished memories of her past, which must of been sad, since she feels a deep pang of longing for her childhood betwene the ages of 5 and 11.
Animal Base: A Japanese wolf
Armor Appearence: She has a helmet with two points similiar to ears, and it is shaped similiarly to a wolf's head, with large slits to see out of. The rest of her armor appears to be thin and weak, but is actually chain, and quite strong. To give more protection, she has a metal chest plate, and armor on her forearms. They have the pattern of fur engraved on them. She has tough leather boots, that are shaped like paws, with small spikes on the edges of the bottom.
Weapons: She has a staff with sharp metal points on the end, a large dagger, and what looks like a large boomerang, with razor edges.
Catchphrase: "Looks can be decieving."
Finishing Moves:
Razor Throw: She throws her boomerang, catching them in the throat or chest, then her dagger, hitting the head or neck.
Biting Kick: She jumps, and kicks at their head with both feet.
Feint Slash: She feints to the side, then aims downward with her sowrd quickly, often leaving them no time to change their defenses in that direction.
