Okay, so I'm trying to submit an image of my character, Fronk being kissed by Wh0allie's character Riley(the image is from Lady and the Tramp 2) but every time I try to submit the image, it always comes up in my Images deactivated by the moderators and the caption under the image says: "Image not respecting the rules.
Sorry, renders from other movies other than Balto are not allowed on Balto Source."

But if "renders from other movies than Balto are not allowed on Balto Source" howcome I see other renders WITH Balto backgrounds and other movie renders on them, but mine has a Balto background on it and the mods won't let it go through. I myself think that's this is unfair to me and the other users who get their images deactivated because they have other renders on them but also have Balto backgrounds.

How recent was this? I've posted the new rules/guidelines for fanart/images/characters, so there shouldn't be any more confusion between us on details. That is, unless they haven't read it yet.

But to answer your question, those are allowed, if the character(s) in the image have been accepted on the site.

Does this work on all sites? (On LKS, only Lion King renders are allowed) Or is this only for BS?

Yeah all sites. Togo used what I had for all the sources I believe.

Oh, I was just wondering. (On some sites it's only that movie, you can render)

Well you should have gotten PMs with the deactivation. The only things I can think of that wouldn't be allowing them are if you're not featuring the correct characters, or if the blank renders aren't clean enough...

Usually people have to PM and wait for a mod to explain why.

Yes! I sent in two renders, one of my char Sweetie who has a page on the site, but the render was from 101 dalmations, and it got deactvated.

The other is of my char Friday and her mother, December. Friday doesn't have a page, but December DOES. The render was from Lady and the Tramp 2, but it also got deactived.

Well the one probably was deactivated because it didn't have a character page. Only characters that have been activated on the site are allowed to have other animated movie renders.

Well if you know the character has an *active* page on the site, just reply to the deactivation PM and tell them the rule. I think some haven't read the new posted rules/guidelines yet. Which is a bit grating...
