Introduction
I was listening to Defying Gravity, the Glee Cast version, and I was inspired. I admit, I've always wanted to fly, and still do. It struck me as a song that represented me, at least in some parts. It inspired me so much to create a role-play, that I think would be interesting, personally.
This is about a girl who can fly.
Plot
As said in the introduction, this is about a girl who can fly. No one knows why she can, but she has always been able to defy gravity, like many wish they could do. She has to concentrate fiercely, but once hovering can start concentrating less, and enjoying flying more. She has had to practice alot, but is finally able to do it.
She is unique, the only person alive who can fly. But unknowingly, she can pass on this skill to others. When her bare hand touches someone else's skin, and she concentrates, she can allow them to fly, like she can, although they have to practice to get used to it. When she invites a friend home, she innocently taps their bare arm, to tell them something. She happened to be thinking about flying at the moment, and suddnly her friend finds herself floating gently. She explains how she can fly, and after it happens again to another friends, learns how she can pass on her talent.
She keeps it a secret, except for the select people she has touched. Somehow, word spread to her enemy from 1st grade, and she asked for her to touch her. She refused, thinking about the past. Jealousy and hate boiled over in her, and she secretly plotted to exploit her, and her friends, not knowing what would happen. She succeeds, and the girl who could fly and her friends are suddenly famous. But other people want her ability, and they kids who can fly eventually have to run, or fly, away, to privacy. But they want to regain their normal lives again, so they move to a new town, and are adopted by the same family. It's once again kept a secret, but it's in danger of getting out again.
Rules and Notes
-Only the orginal girl who can fly can pass on the talent. Not anyone else.
-Only 3 friends will be able to fly
-You can play up to 3 characters
-I want this to be semi-advanced atleast, so please post 2 paragraphs or more
-Post 'Fly Away' above your bio in italics
-Complete and detailed biographies please!
-Even if I know you, post an example
-No bashing others, or god-modding, etc.
-No cussing, not even censored! I will exclude crap,uncensored, as I have never considered that cussing.

Role: The first kid who could fly
Personality: She is slightly paranoid about people touching her, and always wears gloves because of it. She is brave though, and not afraid to stand by the underdog. She speaks quietly, but has a strong opinion, which could be good or bad. She either hates you or likes you, but you don't have to work to get at her good side much. She is loyal, and gives good advice, although she finds it hard to take it herself. She is curious, and can be talkative at times. She can be dreamy, and loses her train of thought easily.
Disabilities: None, unless you count her phobia of touching people.
Physical Description: Skye has well, skye blue eyes, and curly, if frizzy, dark red hair that is usually tangled, and left unbrushed. Since it's so curly, you can't really tell whether she has brushed it or not. She has a splash of freckles across her nose, and tanned skin from hours spent in the sun that is often peeling and sunburned. She has a short, slim build, the best for flying. She has a far-away look in her eyes when on the ground alot, unless she is focusing on the matter at hand.
