Plot: The Second Chance Rescue animal shelter has been Samantha's family for generations, she recently having it passed down to her from her parents. The animals love her and the shelter, even the wild animals in the area that she cared for. However, a greedy land devolper plans to take the land for his own uses, using the fact the deed to the area was lost and thus the land is up for grabs. The animals refuse to allow this to happen but don't know what they can do...until an ancient comet passes by Earth for the first time in 10,000 years. Legend has it that a wish made upon it with a pure heart will come to pass, so Samantha wishes for a way to save the shelter from destruction. The Comet responds by sending a fragment crashing into the woods nearby, where several animals find it, contact with it causing them to gain a heightened intellgence and the ability to speak. Also emerging from the comet is an alien that shapeshifts into a dog, calling herself Aurora, who is able to locate the deed with her powers, unfortunately, its in the family's cabin high in the mountains and time is of the escence. Now only the animals can venture across the wilderness to retrieve the deed, with the help of their space dwelling friend.

Tracy and the other shelter residents were the in the backroom, waiting while their human talked to a Diamen. "I really hate that man, he smells evil!"

"I honestly don't see why you're being so stubborn miss." said Damien. "I'm offering you twice the market value for your land."

"I ain't selling" said Samantha "This is my home and those animals are family."

Leah nodded "If he was here right now I'd claw his ankles"

Yourouchi growled "Shiush you guys! Im trying to listen"

Yorouchi snarled quietly.

Smantah folded her arms "I'm not selling" she said finally.

Yourouchi scrabbled at teh door,barking furiously

Sammantha looked at him coldly "i suggest you leave" eshe said.

Samantha reached down and gingerly petted Sally "Thanks girl" she smiled then opened the door to let Leah,Sally and yourouchi out.

Yourouchi ran out the door and barking down the drive
