Well just like rate the last movie you saw. but this is a game you completed. YES completed. not Played. If your going to go into story wise you must put it in Spoiler. MUST. Your rate and anything safe can be said outside it. So its all simple. so il start

I just finished Heavy Rain for the ps3

9/10

THIS surprised me and freaked me out countless times that i just loved it I knocked of one point cause honestly for me it was only good for a 1 time play. and i did the longest possible (that i know) i think it taken about.. 9 hours? judging by my times of being on it and not. but its a very good game. it does run like a movie only you interact with everything. which is alil meh at some points but it is a LOT of fun i wont say any spoilers tags since the games new. But there is many endings. and i think i got the best one..

Pokemon SoulSilver Version - DS

I started pokemon with Pokemon Crystal, and I remember loving that game so much. When I saw that they were remaking it for the DS, I just about hit the wall. This is the only game that I bothered to preorder, and when I got it on release day, I was ecstatic. But would it live up to my expectations?

To make a long story short: It didn't just meet the expectations, it exceeded them.

The environments were absolutely stunning, and while the game still followed the path in Gold/Silver/Crystal, there were enough tweaks to it to make it fresh and familiar at the same time. The interface has been upgraded greatly from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, as the previously clunky menu interface which required you to navigate manually with the hardware buttons has been replaced with one that utilizes the touch screen, allowing for simpler navigation of the main functions of the game.

Some of the Johto gym leaders received level upgrades, along with new moves from new generations. These differences kept me on my toes while battling them, continuing the feeling of fresh, but also familiar in the game. My only qualm is that the Elite Four battle after completing the Johto quest didn't seem as challenging to me as it was in Crystal, but that just might be because I've gotten way better at playing the games than when I was 10 years old.

The main gripe people had with G/S/C was that the second half of the game (which had you entering Kanto after beating the Elite Four) was too easy, as all the trainers and Leaders there were underlevelled for a post-Elite Four quest. Nintendo fixed this for the remakes, increasing the levels of all the trainers. This fix was so effective, that there was actually one point where I lost a battle; not against a leader, but a lowly trainer who had a few more tricks up their sleeve than I expected. Kudos to you Nintendo for giving me a good challenge.

In short, this game fixes the flaws while still retaining the charm of their predecessors. It's a good long journey too, which is good for those who enjoy taking their time with games. This game is probably the best pokemon game I have ever played, and the only penalty I will give it is due to the Elite Four being a cakewalk for me.

My Score: 9.5/10

God of War III 10/10

As a HUGE fan of the God of War games, I got this one on release day. I finished it the day after. Although it's average in length (about ten hours), I don't feel short-changed because those ten hours are probably some of the most epic, memorable hours I've ever spent playing a game. Combat is fantastic as always, but what really stands out are the set pieces. There are sequences in this game that would make most big-budget Hollywood blockbusters jealous. Not to mention it's all presented in one of the most graphically beautiful, eye-popping games of this generation.

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts
8/10

It's a new and interesting take on the classic platform-based Banjo Kazooie style for the N64 era. While it's already apparent that the new created vehicle-based gameplay make some people only look at the game once, then pass it up for the next thing, the game still strongly holds on to the series' legacy being a fun and funny collecting game. It's unfortunate that the first part of the above is true because the game holds its own within the rest of the popular series.

On a side note, N&B actually encourages (and rewards) players to play the XBLA ports of the N64 original that's to the retooling of the mysterious Stop'n'Swop feature... and the new Stop'n'Swop II, though at a cost. Still, it's nice to know that Rare is putting the spotlight on articles from their glory days and give new attention to a beloved series.

And apparently there is word going around that N&B actually made enough money to warrant more additions to the Banjo Kazooie series. And that the additions could go either or both ways of being the classic platformer or being the vehicle-based like N&B.

Resident Evil Outbreak File #2

9/10

I feel that some would disagree with my rating but I have to say, this game is want zombie games SHOULD be about! True horror survival. limited ammo, melee weapons, combining weapons, finding and using keys, hiding places, files to read, tons of characters, different attributes and abilities between the characters, and lots more. Great levels too like a zoo, a subway, an abandoned hospital, a police station and a lab. The only reason I gave the game a 9 instead of a 10 is because it used to be online but the servers are shut down now. The game was better online.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - 8/10

I really loved this game, but I found Xion to be completely unecessary and annoying throughout pretty much all of it. I was constantly wanting Axel to push her off the clock tower, and that's the only thing I really hated about this game.

I'm a big fan of the organization and Roxas is my favorite KH character, so I had a ton of fun and played this almost constantly until I got stuck fighting Xion. After that I still had fun just replaying missions as challenges. I may have beaten the game, but there are still things I can do in it such as complete all the missions 100% so I can buy Sora's soul.
I tend to really like games that, once you beat them, you can still play some more instead of not being able to do anything else once it's over. This is probably my favorite DS game, along with the Pokemon games ^-^.
