Personality/History: Ilac is quiet, but he always finds a way to say what he needs to. He was born on Blood Island, where his parents, a Sceptile and a Tropius, were born and evolved before the Darwin Act. He, with that type of heritage, moved to the Orange Islands because of the large number of neutral towns. Ever since then, he has trained his special move: Mega Drain. He has gotten to the point where he can manipulate energy anywhere, not just draining it.
Alignment: Neutral, leaning slightly towards Pro-Evo
Ability: Overgrow: If health is less than 1/3 of max, grass-type moves are more powerful.
Attacks: Mega Drain, Screech, Quick Attack, Pursuit
Misc: Ilac can manipulate energy in any way, not just using Mega Drain.

Personality/History: Was born nameless in the Orange Islands and raised as an Eevee to love himself as he was and not worry about needing to evolve. His father was a Glaceon and his mother was a Flareon. Both of them wanted to remain Eevees but they were forced to evolve when they were young, so they encouraged their son to not want to evolve. But since Eevee are valued most for their evolutions, he was stolen away from his home. For days his capturers argued over what to force him to evolve into. They decided on a Vaporeon for the sake of having more much-needed water Pokemon. When he evolved, his personality had changed completely, one of them many reasons to be against evolution. He had become quite ruthless and cynical. He had even forgotten his parents. Later on it was realized that he was being trained as a Pro-Evo soldier, and he couldn't care in the least. While battling, he was known to drown each of his opponents, who were mostly annoying pirate Pokemon. And thus was called Davy Jones. He enjoyed the title. But as he grew older, he saw less sense in killing, and felt rather bad about it. Now that he's a decorated soldier, he's doing his part to keep peace. But its not easy when he agrees with both sides of the war.
Alignment: Pro-Evo/neutral
Ability: Water Absorb
Attacks: Surf, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Strength
Misc: Is holding the muscle band, which boosts the power of his physical attacks. The holes in his fins were the result of a battle with a Drapion. Now he's got a bit of a beef with Dark Pokemon, saying they don't have feelings and what.

Personality/History: All Cali ever knew in her life was just plain fighting and that anti-evos were nothing but terrible creatures. Thus, it was inevitable that she would join the troops of the Pro-Evo regions and she was fine with, in fact fighting reigned in her blood as stated before. She never questioned everything, that was until a trip to Varo where she met a Hounddoom name Talon...
Alignment: Anti - Evo
Ability: Flash-Fire able to take fire move and power up her own
Attacks: ExtremeSpeed, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Fire Fang
Misc: She also has her boyfriend's fire orb which powers up all her fire attacks

Pokemon: Truly (Togetic)
Type: Normal/Flying
Species: Happiness Pokemon
Gender: Female

Personality/History: She was born from an egg like any other Togepi. She lived with a good small family of Kangaskhan who adopted her. She grew up happily in an anti-evo area of the islands. But when she had "accidentally" evolved, she lost the respect from her peers, whose parents were supreme anti-evo believers. She barely had any friends after that, and often considered being a pirate, where she figures they wouldn't care if she was evolved or not.
Alignment: Anti-Evo/Neutral
Ability: Serene Grace
Attacks: Hyperbeam, Fly, Flamethrower, Last Resort
Misc: She's a bit of a romantic, and often seen as too optimistic. She can't help it, however, it's in her nature. She's not the best fighter, but knows some very powerful attacks.

Pokemon: Dusty (Trapinch)
Type: Ground
Species: Ant Pit Pokemon
Gender: Male
Pic-Base/Appearance: Below
Height/Weight: 2'4"
Birthplace/Current Residence: Blood Island/Mainlands
Personality/History: Dusty is Ilac's childhood friend, mainly for the fact that both of their parents had gone to Blood Islands to breed. He, however, went to the Mainlands early to join the army. While he was decidedly Pro-Evo, he hasn't evolved yet, for reasons only he knows.
Alignment: Pro-Evo
Ability: Arena Trap-opponent can't flee once he starts attacking.
Attacks: Sand Tomb, Crunch, Dig, Faint Attack
Misc: His actual reason to not evolve is that he is slightly afraid of heights and his evolutions have wings. Therefore, he is not sure about evolving. But still, he has not quite reached evolution levels.
