Ilac was a Pokemon Rancher, a person whose duty it is to train pokemon left with him, as well wild pokemon he captures himself. He was one of the best at his job, but a mysterious man left an Eevee with him one day that seemed much smarter than nromal. He trained it like any other, working hard to help her get stronger, then one day, the two were taken to another world were Pokemon were like humans, smart, capable of speech, and the dominate species, humans long since extinct, and Ilac is a Treecho. The Eevee was sent to the human world to get a human by a legendary pokemon for no reason given, but you don't defy a Legendary Pokemon if its for the good of the Earth. The two of them form an Explorer Team, soon being good at their job. But Pokemon that were supposed to be extinct for millions of years begin reappearing and attacking, disturbed by something deep underground. And something worse may not be far behind. Can this team stop a foe from ancient times from retaking the Earth?

Okay, I'm here. I've got Arceus, Ilac, and the other rival members (what were they?). Shall you start with Eevee coming to Arceus, or Arceus calling you?
And, also, I don't capture Pokemon. I tame them. I befriend them, and bring them home with me.

When the mysterious man gives Eevee to Ilac in the real world. That ok?

Yeah, sure. And is it okay if we build up the human section? I always enjoy that part.
Mimean, a Mr. Mime, was cleaning the basement on the day that Ilac's life changed. It was not particularly a job he enjoyed, because the dark and ghost-type Pokémon stayed thee. And today, Gastly was torturing him. Forming himself into a likeness of Ilac, Gastly yelled, "Work faster, lazy Pokémon!"
"Had you the brains and the training of Ilac, sir," Mimean said coldly, "you would know that I am working at my limits, and you would be compassionate enough not to force me against my will."
"You doubt me?" jeered Gastly. A Sabyleye, who used her glowing eyes to help Mimean, looked over.
"I saw you change, Gastly. Leave Mimean alone," she said. Mimean smiled.
"Curses, foiled again," Gastly said as he faded out. Sabyleye stuck her tongue out.

A man in a trench coat and a road rimmed hat walked up to the manshon's door, an Eevee walking beside him. "Ready, Eevee?"

Eevee nodded her head. Saying her name to speak, as pokemon did in this world.

The man nodded and knocked on Ilac's door.

"Mimean, get the door!" Ilac yelled. Hastily, Mimean turned on his Pokémon-to-human speech translator.

He tapped the microphone on the front of his chest, sending his words to the speaker on the front door. "State your name and reason for coming here," Mimean said as he scurried to the door. The house was large, so that was his method of getting there in time.

"I am Kanji, I'm here to drop off my Eevee for training." said the man.

OOC: I made his name up off the top of my head.

OOC:// That's fine, I do that occasionally. Ilac means healer in another language, and in Fire Red and Leaf Green, you can trade something for a Mr. Mime named Mimean.
BIC:// "What makes you think that Ilac would be the person for the job?" Mimean said as he raced to the door. "He's usually quite busy. In fact, he's making lunch now." Mimean reached the door and pressed a button beside the door. The doors slowly creaked open.

"I hear he's the best, and I'll pay as much as he charges." said Kanji. "It's very important that my Eevee gets strong, at least to me but I've got a job that makes it hard to find time for training, and I'm not the best at training to begin with."

Kenji nodded, following. "Thank you...how are you talking?"

Mimean smiled. "Ilac had that same problem originally. He managed to make a modified translator for me--I'll explain that in a minute--that translates my words from Pokémon to human. The catch is, it translates louder than my actual speech, so you just hear human speech." Mimean displayed the microphone to prove his point. But just then, a cry rang out:

"MIMEAN! Where are you?"

"Keep your voice down sir," said Mimean into the microphone (his words were being relayed to Ilac's microphone now), "We have a guest."

Ilac had, indeed, been making lunch, and now he needed his translator to understand the other Pokémon. But where had he left it? Now, he sheepishly turned on his mike to talk to Mimean. "Sorry, I forgot. Where's my translator?"

"You generally leave it by the blender while you make lunch. Now, do you want me to bring our visitor around indoors or outdoors?"

OOC:// I was thinking outside, maybe your character could express intrest in the ranch?
