Why do you even bother anymore. -.-
Rules have reasons. The spam rule's roots go back to when people would post nonsense and/or repeatedly just to get their post numbers up. And besides other reasons I'm unaware of, it's just annoying.
I don't know whether your topic is spam itself or not, but I'd consider rewording it.

Roi has a point, there are other areas where you be good help,i.e.,the questions area, fan image

galleries, fanfic galleries, and other areas on the mainsite.

Well, some people don't even know you. So I wouldn't say we're all mean.

Plus, this topic really has no meaning for it; so I think this topic is considered spam.

Spam is just a useless topic or sentence.

Spam = Stupid Pointless Annoying Message.
Easily avoidable by thinking before you click "send". Example - This topic would be considered spam in it's present state.
It's 1 sentence of you complaining about people telling you when you're spamming, which by the way, you've been doing a lot.

You are spamming, you know it, but why you try to make other believe that you are not; I do not know why.
Also,

On a topic about Ask Topics, which has been dead, is spam. The rules are very easy to follow.

Actually, seeing as there's very little point this would ever be expanded into an actual rant - I'm going to lock it.
