Plot:There once were two house cats owned by a family that had mostly dogs. German Shepherds, and Rottweilers. The other cat (their mother) was killed by the dogs and the owners decided to sell them. They left the cats on the side of the highway and one was picked up by a loving person who's daughter had always wanted a cat. While the other was left alone.

We should start it when they first decide to give them away. And yours is the one that isn't going to be adopted?

Kali looked at her friend, still filled with pangs of sadness from the older cat's death. She heard loud talking from the kitchen, and nosed Kate's fur gentley. "Let's go see what that's about," she said, her voice soft and curious. Her curious was unsatiable.

She clung to her sister's furry coat and tried not to hurl also from the rigidity ride over. She couldn't take it anymore. She leaned over the cardboard box and hurled. She fell out of the box and almost got hit by a car. She staggered to her feet and dodged more cars as she ran back to the box. When she got back in the box she closed her eyes as she felt more hurl coming up her throat. She took in a deep breath and opened her eyes to see nothing but a blanket and a food bowl, and a water bowl. She looked out of the box and meowed for her. But was yelling, " Kalli! Where are you?!" She started to cry. She felt a car fly by her in her fur and looked up and saw a van with a kitten in the back window. It was Kalli. She ran after the car yelling at it, " Give her back you monster!" Her paw pads were torn up from the black road. She stopped on the side of the road. Who knew a kitten could run so fast. She collapsed and hurled some more. She had spit up in her fur and she didn't want to lick it off. The sun was lowering in the dark blue sky and it started to rain. She ran back to the box and climbed in to it. She felt relieved that something was warm as her matted fur touched the wool blanket. She munched on her food and lapped up some water. She cried more until she fell asleep. Who knew what would happen to her next.

Next morning

She woke up in the forest surrounded by greenness all around her. She stretched and forgot about her sister being taken away and said, " Good morning sis. I had the strangest drea-." She was cut off by silence. She spun around fast and stumbled. She called out, "Kalli?! You there?!" 'Maybe she just went to find something to eat.'. She thought to herself.

Kate saw a shiny object pointing towards her. She had seen one on tv before and knew what it was. A gun. Her eyes grew wide as she took a leap of faith and hear the gun go boom! She felt a swift pain in her legs as she collapsed on the ground. Her eyes were covered in blood from the hit on the head caused by the fall off of the tree. Everywhere she looked there was red. She started to run around trying to free herself from bloodiness. She then jumped in the lake nearby and washed off all of the blood but when she got out, some things were still red. She jumped back in the lake and got back out. She was sopping wet and her head was throbbing with pane. She found a small enough cave for her to fit in so she could get some rest.
